They were professional, courteous, and did a good job cleaning up after themselves.

Hagopian consistently provides good service cleaning carpets and removing stains. My only caution is that you have to be a knowledgeable consumer about pricing. They start with inflated prices but will will give discounts if you know about them. Also, when they come to the house they will look to add on $15 for an extra rinse, $20 for Scotchguarding, and on and on. As much as I dislike that practice, I use Hagopian because of the quality service, punctuality, and professionalism of Mike the serviceman.

Very dirty light colored carpet with rug areas that showed just how dirty the rug was. They did a great job. Pet stain areas were cleaned properly. Scotch guard was offered but didn't push the matter.

They were quick to answer the call. I had a stain on one of the carpets and they said they could not do anything about it, wherein they are stain specialist. I was not very happy with their response because they did not even try. However, the rest of it was okay and their price was good. They were very professional coming in to my house, moved some of the furniture and cleaned up after themselves very nicely.

Went very well. Quick the 2 men were very polite, pleasant to have in my home and professional. They even clean a few scatter rugs without charge.

They were able to remove some stains that previous cleaners were not able to take out. They explained why the carpet was in the condition that it was. They were punctual and very professional and did a great job.

The appointment was made for the week following my call. I was given a 2-hour window for the services the day before the work was to be done. Two men arrived at the end of the 2-hour period and promptly went to work. I had removed all the furniture from the bedroom so the job took < 15 minutes. Spots on the carpet came out without special attention. They asked if I wanted the carpet deodorized, sanitized or Scotch guarded at extra cost but I declined. The carpet was very damp when they finished and they advised me to stay off the carpet with street shoes or socks. Bare feet were OK. They cautioned me to be careful when going from the carpet to the bare floor so as not to slip and fall. The carpet dried in about 18 hours.

The receptionist was very accommodating to my schedule. The technicians arrived just when they promised. They were very professional and not hard sell at all. They offered the free services of the chemist when they could not remove a few spots.

They were reasonably priced compared to others, nice job. Very professional. Five rooms, stairs, and hallways.

I do not remember off hand what the total price was, but I do remember their prices were competitive. They do a really good job of cleaning the rugs and the oriental rugs I had returned to me were very nicely done. I wouldn t mind recommending them and will use them again.

The rugs were a little wet when they were finished but the quality was very well done and the price was pretty good. I thought the men that came were professional and I would use them again if I had to.

I would not call anyone else to clean my carpeting. They are quick, though, and efficient. They are always cautious and careful about not damaging anything in my house and their prices are good.

They have a chemist that will treat stubborn stains that will not come out. You can call them after the carpets have been cleaned and he will come and treat the stains at no additional charge. They run coupons regularly.

What I like about them is that they do not charge extra for extra tough stains.

We like the job they do as the rugs always look clean and smell nice.

This wasn't a good experience. They didn't get the pet odors out as promised. They were also too expensive and not very professional.

I have used other services and was not very happy but these fellows did a great job. They were really nice pleasant men. I will continue to have them clean my carpets in the future.

First of all they were in and out too quickly to be able to do a good job. My carpet didn't come out all that good.

They are good about being here when they are supposed to be here. I guess they do a pretty good job in general. Although it seems that some of the stains are starting to come back. I am not sure if the dogs have made new stains or if they are coming back on their own.

They came when they said they would and did a good job. They were pleasant and professional. And they gave a 10% senior discount.

In August of 2006, based on their high rating here in Angie's list, I chose Hagopian to clean my 8 upholstered dining room chairs. When the chairs dried from the cleaning, I saw that some areas of the upholstery were damaged by the cleaning and that some areas of stains remained on all the chairs. I called Hagopian again, and they sent somebody out to fix these problems. He said the damage was minor, and he re-cleaned the chairs by a different method. When the chairs dried, I could see that they were now clean, but there were many more areas of more severe damage to the upholstery. I called the Hagopian manager, who came out and agreed they had caused the more severe damage. He arranged to have all the 8 chairs re-upholstered, which took nearly three months. So now I have nice clean chairs, but I had to go through many phone calls and visits and be without the chairs for many weeks. So I would never use them to clean anything again.

It went great! It all started with the office scheduler who was knowledgeable, courteous and helpful. Then to continue the positive tone the techs came when scheduled. The two techs were personable, conscientious, efficient and professional! They moved furniture, and when the job was done they replaced the furniture exactly where it was before, but this time with foam core pads under the furniture to allow for thorough carpet drying. When all was said and done the carpet dried cleaner than I had expected, including areas that were very soiled, or stained. Kudos to all concerned. I would not only use them again, but I would highly recommend their service to other Angie's List clients.

They are very responsive and they always come in a timely manner. If I have a stain that they can't get out they will sent a chemical specialist. They always do a great job and if you don't like it they will come back.

Two techs arrived on time and prepared to work. They were well aware of the work that I requested. They handled the furniture with care, and they placed protectors under the legs of the furniture. Very good job. Would use them again.

THEY DID A REALLY GOOD JOB AND MY CARPETS LOOKED BRAND NEW WHEN THEY WERE FINISHED. THEY HAVE REALLY GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THE PEOPLE WHO WORK THERE ARE REALLY NICE.
