Original Hagopian

I called Hagopian and scheduled an appointment to have our berber carpets cleaned before Thanksgiving. They were very polite and helpful, working around my work schedule to accommodate me, which I thought would be difficult so close to the holiday. Adam came out and got straight to work. I had moved as much furniture as I could myself the night before but there was some heavy furniture that I couldn't handle alone. He moved it all by himself, cleaned the carpet in that area and returned the furniture to it's original position, first placing Styrofoam beneath the feet so it wouldn't dig into the damp carpet. He worked quickly and efficiently and actually made our yucky old carpet look practically brand new (it was 3 years since our carpets had been cleaned). I would definitely hire this company again.

The day of the appointment the workers showed up exactly on time. They reviewed the work with me and got my approval before starting. Both men worked in a efficient, professional manner. The furniture turned out wonderful. And the tile, which was in great need of cleaning, turned out beautiful. It almost looked like a new floor again, and with it being over 20 years old, that is amazing. Hagopian and Sons, Oak Park Michigan, is great and I will be hiring them again in the future!

I used them a month ago. They were very nice. They were very efficient and quick. There were a couple of spots I thought could have been done a little bit better. I called the company and they came right out and redid it. Everything was nice. They were very thorough. The price is competitive.

The rugs were in need of professional care- My husband took them to Hagopian, since they had a special on rug cleaning. The staff were friendly and courteous and answered all his questions, expediting the pick up time after he explained that we were expecting out-of-town family members. When I called back with additional questions, the rep who took in the rugs called back himself to make sure we received the service we wanted. Hagopian's a great business, and has made me consider getting the entire upstairs carpeted because now I feel I have found a company that is truly dedicated and reliable. I recommend them unreservedly !

They were unable to get out the pet stains but they did offer to have their chemist come out to assess the stains and recommend a fix at no additional charge. Overall I would use them again but be aware of the $50 minimum.

Staff was very professional and friendly from booking the service to the persons who cleaned the carpet. Carpet had a lot of stains and previous owners had a large dog in the house. They cleaned and sanitized the carpet thoughout the house. It looked like new when they were done. No pet smell when done. I was surprised at their ability to get out stains. If there is a stain they can't get out, they will send a tech back to your house to work on it free of charge. Also got a coupon for money off new flooring purchase at their showroom. Employees were timely, called with arrival time, and showed up on time. They completed the job in a reasonable time period.

The two gentlemen arrived at my home right on time. I, however, arrived home late from working the midnight shift and they had moved on to their next appointment. When I called their office, I was able to explain that I was now home and really wanted them to still clean the carpet if they would. They were kind enough to return to my home, and I thought that was really great customer service. They cleaned our carpet. It looked great for three days, then the spots started to reappear. I was very disappointed. I subsequently purchased a rug cleaner from QVC and was able to remove the spots myself. They have not come back. From now on, I'll clean my own carpets.

Pete and Chris came out. They were polite, informative, and contentious of my home. They were also punctual. They cleaned the upholstery of the furniture, two kitchen chairs, an ottoman, my area rug, they scotch guarded, and deororized.

Hagopian crew was very professional and courteous. We had them clean our entire house as well as one sofa. They did an excellent job and they will be our first choice in the future.

They arrived on time and provided excellent service for more than a fair cost. I will definitely recommend their services and will use them again. They also provide a discount for purchasing carpeting once they have cleaned your carpet. Great service!!

Hagopian picked up our rugs as scheduled, and returned them when our house was completed. Our rugs have never looked so good. They repaired one, and deoderized another that had past pet damage that had previously been cleaned. All rugs looked new and smelled great. They did a total of eleven rugs of various sizes. Great job.

They know carpets and they know how to handle them. They pick them up and deliver them when they say they are going to and I have never had a single problem with them. As far as oriental carpets are concerned I think they are the best.

Sometimes I have use Stanley Steamer but I like Hagopian better. I have my carpet cleaned once a year right before the holidays. They leave the carpets dryer when they are done. I will continue to use them.

They do a fabulous job. They got pet stains out of an Oriental rug and did an excellent job with that. You have to drop off the area rugs at their location. It isn't cheap, but you do get excellent service, so you get what you pay for. I've had other companies clean my carpets, and it didn't look any different after they left. These guys always do a good job.

They were fabulous and reasonable. They removed all our furniture and put them all back in place after their work was done. They did a beautiful job. They were courteous and thorough. They were professional. After their work was done, it looked like a brand new carpeting. The money I paid was well worth it.

I do not remember what the pricing was but I believe it was expensive. They did a fine job. I wanted to make sure they used any chemical I wanted them to. I had to move the furniture before they came and I felt that I could have done the job myself.

They were very good and efficient. They were here within the time frame given and were here for a little over an hour. I was very pleased with the disinfectant and the cleaning results. They would have moved the furniture for me, but I didn't know that! I had already moved the basic things out of the way, but they moved the sofa and chairs out of the way to get through the entire area. When they were done, they put everything back in its place and put styrofoam coasters under anything heavy so that it was not touching the carpet while it dried. Last year I used someone from a flyer, and it was not nearly as good a job as what I got from Hagopian. I paid $100 less for the other company, but you get what you pay for!

We have mostly hardwood floors and have used them to clean our area rugs. They gave a quote and the quote was reasonable. The turn around time was also very reasonable. They actually had the rugs finished earlier than the anticipated date.

Nice experience. Products used were pet friendly, even without special request. The guys came during the time-period quoted and the price was good. Because I have pets, we added sanitize, deodorize, and scotchguard. Really happy with the outcome. The guys were very professional and quick!

They were excellent. They were very responsive, came out and cleaned the carpet well. They were very professional. I adopted a dog and got a free coupon worth $100, for which they cleaned 3 bedrooms, upstairs. I will use them in future.

Hogopian - Carpet Cleaning Did a good job, got all the stains out, and on time. No hassles ! Really good. We had puppy stains, so it was a little higher price. Everything was fine.

Scheduling was easy. I received a confirming phone call the day before with an expected time frame. Techs arrived exactly on time. They were both very friendly and professional and took extra time to clean up police fingerprint powder from my light colored carpet. I was told it rarely cleans up, but the carpets look great. I called them again for two more rooms because they did such a nice job. That cleaning was well done and on-time as well.

We are their long time customers. They also do oriental rug cleaning and stuff but I've never had that done. I just had the carpets cleaned. I've had them for years and I've never been disappointed. They send all the chemists for spot removal if you have a difficult spot. They send all the chemists afterwards free of charge. I've been very pleased with them. They are very professional when they come in too and I like that. They schedule the appointment. They call and tell you within three hours when they are going to be here. They are very professional and they are clean cut. They just do a good job. I think their price is probable with the other places. I've been using them for many years and so are my daughter's. I would use their services again in the future.
