The team of Pete S and Jesse were very professional and wonderful carpet cleaners. I highly recommend Hagopian to anyone looking for excellent carpet cleaning.

Living in Livonia at the time, I brought my rug to the closest Hagopian center. I was giving a price and a 1 week timeline, possibly 2 weeks if the cleaner found the spots on my rug needed special treatment. I agreed and left. I did not hear from the company for 2 weeks. Finally I called to check on my rug. They could not provide me with an update. A couple days later I got a call from the specialist cleaning my rug. He said some of the stains would need a special treatment, and it would take another week. Since I wanted the rug cleaned and they already had it, I agreed. Another 2 weeks of no updates, then I got a call to come get my rug. When I got there, all the stains that had been on the rug when I got it were gone, but there was a NEW STAIN on it, a ring all around it! I asked about it, and the person at the counter said some chemicals leave that kind of ring. How is that acceptable?! They offered to take the rug back and clean it again. It had already been 1 month for a 1 week estimate, with minimal contact and bad customer service, and my feet missed my rug back where it belonged, so I declined the re-cleaning. I do NOT recommend Original Hagopian for area rugs taken into their centers.

It went very well. They gave us a window of 12 noon to 2 p.m. and they were at the door precisely at 12 noon! They introduced themselves as Rich and Colin. They were dressed neat and clean, were very polite, and got right to work. When they were finished, before they applied the Scotch Guard, they invited me to inspect all the rooms. They looked beautiful! I have used Hagopian for years and I will continue to do that. I think they might be a little more expensive, but you get what you pay for. And in the past, they have sent their chemist out at no charge to take care of tough stains that would not come out with the normal steam cleaning. They were in and out in very good time. I agree with their slogan, "Expect the very best, expect the Purple Truck!"

They are very respectful of our belongings. They were efficient and on time. Scheduling has always been fine and they always accommodate me. The price is reasonable. I've used them for years.

They worked fast in fact very fast. It took 2 days to dry because I think they might have vacuumed up more moisture had they gone a bit slower.

My rug was cleaned but it took two weeks and I thought the price was high. Repeated attempts to sell me add-ons (for example, stain removal, fringe repair) were annoying. I had to say no multiple times, similar to dealing with a high-pressure salesman.

They were professional. They were aware I had just had the interior freshly painted, they took necessary steps to ensure there was no damage to the paint. I was pleased with the work and the people in my home.

They did an excellent job. They sent one rug to their chemist to get some really tough stains out. They didn't get everything out, but they did get most stains (and with the patterns of the carpet it's hard to tell the others were there.

Everything went fabulous. Both men were very professional, and very respectful of all our animals, which are a big concern in our house. They moved the furniture as needed, and waited patiently as my husband moved the bird / parrots cages. They, also, did a bit extra in an attached room.

Overall process went well. The rug was picked up from my home on the scheduled date. Shortly thereafter, I received a call from a specialist at Hagopian (the person who actually performs the services) to inform me of the needed repair. He explained the issue to me and obtained my approval to complete the repair. After completing the cleaning and repairs, the rug was delivered to my home on scheduled date. Process was very convenient overall.

I had called Hagopian after another company had steam cleaned the carpets but could not remove some stains. Hagopian came on time, looked at the carpet and told me that they would not be able to remove the stain. I felt this was quite an honest statement. They could have steam cleaned the whole house and charged me for it. Since they did not do a full steam clean, I cannot rate their work.

Ask for Jeff and Rob. I have used this company for 10 years. My carpet was new when they started taking care of them. They still look like new.

They were great! Came to pick up our very large carpet without any difficulty. Prices were reasonable. Our request was a bit odd, since we asked them to clean a large carpet at their shop and I think they usually clean rugs this way, but they were very accommodating. Price was reasonable. We were very pleased.

They came right when expected and did a great job.

It was excellent. They always do a wonderful job. They are always very nice. They are very competent and they have done an excellent job. They get it back when they say they are going to get it back. It has been all-good. They do two for one; they charge for one and give you one free, so it is a fair price.

Hagopian will pick up your carpets but I chose to take them there because I like to see more rugs! They greeted me promptly in the customer service center, unloaded my rugs from the car, brought them in and unrolled them on the floor in an open area. We talked about each rug weighing the pros and cons of the treatments available for spots, pet urine and fringe repair. I really like that the rugs are actually immersed when they wash them and dried in such a way that they don't lose their shape. They called when the rugs were ready and I returned to their custom service center. The rugs were bound snugly in brown paper and loaded by their employees. The bill had no hidden costs and I drove away a happy customer!

I had a number of stains in one room and even that carpeting came out looking great.
