The installers were very proffesional and did a great job.

Left materials on our grass for over 2 weeks after job was mostly completed killing the grass. Had to call to get them to come get it. Still have outside electrical box w/o cover, against code. Have siding falling for 2nd time, can’t have screen door reinstalled according to Dave Dettmer that is normal. Very unhappy with way things we handled. Paid almost $60,000 for this job with many problems. Have dealt with warranty people already w/o satisfaction UPDATE AS OF 05/03/2021: After my last review, corporate warranty called to talk to us. We told them our 3 major problems - siding falling off again, outside electrical plug left without a cover (against code), unable to reinstall screen door. Made an appointment for 2 months later. Corporate warranty said everything would be taken care of at this visit. Person came out and was only told about siding falling down. He knew nothing about other major problems. We are still left with both problems after being told by corporate warranty they would be fixed today. Don't use this company - they take your money and don't fix your problems.

Scheduled a "quote" and ended up with a 4 and 1/2 hour presentation, fed lines of bull crap over and over until we are about to fall asleep on our kitchen table. He made the deal seem great but we were also half asleep, he used high pressure sales tactics like taking off a "HUGE" discount for signing today that's just a load of bs. But it worked and he got us to sign that night. The next morning we woke up out of our trance and immediately sent out the cancelation notice that luckily Michigan provides us the option to due because if it was up to them they would not allow you to cancel but it's the law. Companies like them are the reason this law exists, if you need something done on your home do NOT hire them because they will always be crazy over priced and won't leave your house until you sign something.

Signed up for attic insulation and roof quote since they promised a Sam's 10% off discount and that the quote would last a year, which was great. The sales guy was super nice, but my assumption was that they were coming to measure for a quote. Instead, it was a full waste of my evening - FIVE HOURS. My partner and I are mid-west-nice and weren't gonna kick him out, but the only way to make the dude leave our house was to firmly say "no I am not purchasing this tonight" over and over. So pushy! I'm in sales as well and I get it...you have to show value since roofing can be such a quote game, but still. Set expectations up front. Don't hold me hostage in my own home. This ain't a time share talk. The weird sales tactics have totally turned me off. The more I think about it, the angrier I get. Goodbye, Power!

Great. Had them replace 9 windows and a doorwall. They were courteous, professional and very efficient. Total job was done in about 4 hours or so. They have also replaced our gutters and 3 windows in my kids room previously. Will definitely consider them when it comes times to replace our roof and doors.

When making the appointment, the lady asked how long we had been in the house, who else lives in the house, etc. Made me a little uncomfortable. Due to my schedule, I said I was not available before 10 AM. At 8:20 am, she called and woke me to say they would be here at the 10 am appt time. At 10am, a man and a woman arrived and immediately asked to come into my house to tell me all about the company. I replied that I would prefer to spend time on references etc. after I had received their quote which they said they would give immediately. After they had measured etc., they came to the door and told me my garage was sinking and my garage roof was rotten - neither true and the siding could not be 'fixed'. I was not interested in garage work and asked for their quote. The lady said $50,000 to $75,000. I said I was not interested and shut the door.

We had 8 windows and a front door replaced in our 100 year old home. From start to finish, I felt that Power worked hard to gain and keep our business. Even more impressive, was how dedicated they remained after the work was done, and the payments made. Everyone that I spoke to was professional, friendly, and intent on making this the best experience possible. We ran into a few small issues that were handled immediately and efficiently. We are very pleased with our new windows and door, and plan on using Power Remodeling again in the future!

Everyone from the sales staff to the project managers & quality assurance people to the installers was prompt, professional, and courteous. They came on time, did great work, and cleaned up afterwards. An inspector who came after installation was finished was very thorough, found a small problem with one of the windows, and is making arrangements to get it replaced for me. The windows and doors themselves are sturdy and look terrific! Will definitely use this company again!

Job incomplete due to incompetent measuring by the person that orders the windows. The installers that came in did a great job with what they had, but were unable to finish the job because of windows being the wrong size. Called Customer Service and they said well there sorry but things happen. No compensation offered at all.

Quick install, easy to use, slides easily, lock is very secure, toe lock has 2 positions, blinds can be raised so one can see out w/o obstruction (less than 6" of stacked blind material). pleased with unit and its function.

Sales rep was at our house for almost 6 hours for initial quote. This was the first company we had quoted so thought the price may be in range (having them out was an impulse thing leaving Sam's club so didn't get a chance to do my homework on siding). Beside them staying extremely long, the guy was courteous and super nice. The price was EXTREMELY high and then dropped by about 6 grand after everything was said and done. I signed (and shouldn't have) for financing. Had me "pre-approved" and told me I had 3 days to cancel. I cancelled the next day, in which they had to send another person out to "void" out transaction, however all he did was write void on the papers I had and tried to drop the price again. I decided to continue to cancel and asked if the financing would be cancelled and if it was a hard hit on the credit. He assured me it was a pre-approval and only a soft hit. Low and behold, a couple days later I get a notification from Experian that a hard hit was now on my credit report. This was the most upsetting thing of all. I am confident they would have probably done a great job and the people I spoke to were absolutely great. That said, they were misinformed about the hit to the credit report and the price was 10 grand more than others quoted.

Overall, I was extremely satisfied with the quality of the product and the professionalism of everyone involved from start to finish.

Amazing customer service, the sales people were wonderful and actually fun to talk to! Every step was a pleasure, I’d strongly recommend to anyone. Now that the windows are installed they are astoundingly well made, the installers were fast, the quality was high, great work!

Seen them in a Sam's Club. Signed up for an estimate for new windows. They called me before my appointment to make sure that I am home. After more than one hour after appointment time nobody had showed up for the estimate. I called them and was told they have nobody to come by. I ask why nobody called me to let me know, the person answered, we should have called you.

Horrible Company and Horribly long sales pitch! Sales guy was late and wasted my whole evening. Sales guy was nice and I did like the roofing that would provide, but horribly expensive and the longest sales pitch ever. I felt like I was at a time share meeting, except I didn't get a free dinner or vacation! I set up the appointment from a guy going door-to-door. I told him up front that I had zero interest in getting a roof any time soon and did not want to waste anyone's time. He proceeded to tell me that their estimates are good forever and the appointment will be "real quick, they just need to do some measurements and show you the shingles we use." I said fine and set up the appointment. On the appointment day they called to say they were on their way. They then called 30 mins later telling me they would be 45 mins late. The guy showed up and almost 3 hours later he was done. He was a nice enough guy, but I would never buy anything from them just based on their scheduling methods and a horribly time wasting sales pitch. Please do not allow this company to keep providing a horrible experience by giving them money.

Overall this company left a bad taste in my mouth I’ve the whole situation. To start, the sales process was long to say the least. Luckily the actual person we had was very pleasant and persistent without being overly pushy. Their price for a full roof (24.5 square ) was $6000 more than their competitors offering the same warranty(lifetime material and labor) but we were able to get them down some.. during the sales process I was told they would extend gutter downspouts to solve the issue of excess water on my roof. I was also told they would order a few extra bundles of shingles so that I can re-shingle two small structures on my property to match. After saying yes and financing the job we had our pre-install inspection. .. it wasn’t until this time that the inspector told us they don’t do gutter extensions. I was told they won’t do the gutters unless they do the full job... so naturally they offered a discount to do all the gutters. I said no, STRIKE 1. They dropped some more money off the price so we continued on. When it came time to initial the contract it was at this point towards the end where I was told that they won’t leave ANY extra materials on site and therefore I couldn’t re-shingle the two smaller structures. STRIKE 2. My job was scheduled to be done on a Wednesday(Nov 29) and Thursday(Nov 30). They delivered a roll off dumpster (tri-axel tire) on Tuesday morning. Job was completed Thursday as scheduled. It wasn’t until MONDAY(Dec 4) that they even attempted to pick up the dumpster which means it sat blocking my driveway and garage all weekend. Not to mention the roofing crew loaded everything in the rear of the trailer and flattened the tires and stood the nose up because of the weight. The dumpster company knocked on my door at 6:30am to inform they couldn’t take it and that the roofing crew would have to come back out and physically shift materials around in the dumpster to even out the weight. It’s now 3pm on Tuesday (Dec 5) A FULL WEEK LATER and the dumpster still sits in my driveway. STRIKE 3. After the job was completed I naturally walked my property to look everything over and discovered the crew and torn a window screen, broken a sprinkler head, busted a piece of siding, and left several loose nails on the roof.STRIKES 4,5,6,7. They promise to do a thorough walk through with magnetic takes after the job is done to ensure that all nails and staples are picked up. I took 15 minutes and walked aroun my house and found 2 significant sized pieces of tar paper along with 18 different nail. As of writing this (Dec 5) I still have yet to hear from anybody that everything has been taken care of and how they plan on making this situation right with me. On a positive note every person I dealt with has been very pleasant and cordial when taking my calls. Overall I would not recommend this company for any type of major job

Warning: this is a high-pressure company with extremely high prices - should be red flag that they will not come out unless all homeowners are present, and will call many times to ensure appointment is still valid. I specified up front that we only need an initial estimate, that we were totally uninterested in purchasing until next year (so we can skip any discussions of payment, financing). This was all totally ignored. Was told estimate should take about one hour - it took 2.5 hours and would've gone on much longer. Includes massive presentation on the company, employees, ideology, etc. Goes into exhaustive detail on every facet of the siding, the materials, the construction, project planning, and so forth. Finally included salesman actually gathering measurements and then walking around with you to explain what he found. Was surprised to hear that for a siding project with this company, everything that was torn off would HAVE to be replaced with their own products (e.g. our new gutters) - they flat out refuse to put anything back on because it will "not be up to their standards" and they can't warranty it. Was also told us to get much bigger/expensive gutters for our standard residential roof - despite the gutter company we used a few years ago saying that this was not necessary unless you have unusual size roof/layout. Total estimate price: $32,000; with special offer "if you buy today" of $24,000 - this for siding just the upper half of 2500 sq ft house. Did not use - would not recommend even contacting this company.

Excellent !! We love our windows, they improve the look of our home, our attic is about 20 degrees cooler thanks to our new insulation. And the gutters look amazing. Our old gutters were way too small and about to fall off. Power was affordable and very professional. We shopped around and felt they were the best value and the best quality !

Came out to give a price, was here for 2 hours and would have been here longer if I didn't push for estimate. Gave a price for all kinds of extras came to over $70,000. Told him just give me a price for shingles, gave me two prices, one if I signed that day for $37,000 and one that was in the $40,000 range if I waited. Told him to leave, was a waste of time. I have owned 3 houses and had shingles put on all 3, estimate should have taken 30 to 45 minutes. Don't waste your time.

It went very smoothly. Everything was explained, and they did everything they promised. The only caution is on price. They are not cheap. If you are looking for superficial replacement, use someone else. If you are going to live in the house for years, then it is reasonable.

Overall the experience was pretty good.
