They did the job thoroughly and in a very timely manner.

The salesman came at 1:20pm for a 1:00pm appointment and did not leave until 5:50pm. I felt he did not want to leave until I said yes. I told him that is not my process. I am going to get several quotes. Then he told me IF I said yes today then the price would ONLY be about $25,000 but if I waited then it would be about $34,000. No other company gave me two prices. Plus all the other companies came with a price from $7,200 to $12,500. Power's price was more than a metal roof which came in at about $21,000. Obviously I did not use this company.

Estimate was three (3) times that of other local roofers recommended on the GAF website. $36,000 for a $13,000 job. "Estimate" was a 3 hr. marketing presentation. It was difficult for me to get the rep to leave. Don't waste your time unless you have money to throw away.

Needed a quote for siding but after the sales person looked at my windows they said my windows needed replacing along with larger gutters. After talking to a few more companies they also agreed my windows needed replacement, but no one agreed that I needed larger gutters. Their vinyl window prices are astronomical. I received another quote from a different company with similar quality windows for far less money and a better warranty. The sales staff will pressure you into buying their products for hours. The first sales person spent 6 hours and the second person spent 2 more hours. At the end I was VERY informed with their products, but it felt like I was pressured into buying because they spent so much time at my house. They said they wouldn't feel bad if I refused, but the way they said it sounded like I was guilted into it. The second sales person tried to seal the deal by providing the "friends and family" discount which turns out to be the same price as competitors. The reason they charge so much is probably because they have so much overhead. Yes, they have a lot of certifications, and "in-house" installers which makes them better than the rest. They say it's because of these accolades that they are the 8th fastest growing company in the US, but I also think the reason is because they over charge. I was happy to not deal with this company ever again.

They are one of those high pressure sales companies. They will not come out to the house unless husband and wife are there. Wanted a quote only to compare with other 3 quotes I was getting was not signing anything that day no matter what. They would not come talk to me even. I don't do buisness with companies like that.

Smooth as silk, everything went according to plan, clean up was great. Even the salesmen, was very informative and not pushy. Price was affordable for such quality work. I would recommend them in the future!!

Did not end up doing business with this company but I wish I hadn't even setup the initial quote. They took up almost 5 hours of our time to provide us with a roof quote and then had the nerve to ask us to buy a $30,000 roof that same night. The sales rep said that if we didn't buy that night that we would lose the $10,000 incentive and the price would be closer to $40,000. I could not believe that this is how the company operates-- completely taking advantage of its customers.

Two representatives from Power gave a time consuming, high pressure sales talk to replace roof and add insulation. Estimate was extremely high at $47,598 and high interest rate financing with reductions if I signed up right away. Evaluation of condition of roof concluded that it needed to be replaced right away whereas other estimates from another company gave it 4-5 more years of life.

Fantastic. They were very reliable, very professional. We hired them to install a bay window, siding and gutters. The quality of the window was so impressive that we had to call them back and do all are windows. When they were finished they left the yard and inside the home was left very clean.

I will admit I was very skeptical at first, a salesperson going door-to-door signed me up for a free estimate and both salespeople were very pushy, I didn't like how they quoted me high then knocked a substantial amount off to make it seem as though I "got a deal". I cant speak to if the price was competitive or not, but I can say I believe the service offered and the quality of the product was worth what I paid. The day the installation team showed up was everything the salesperson promised, they were on time, professional, and pleasant to work with. They worked very quickly without being hasty and did a very good job of leaving both the interior and exterior of my home in better condition than prior to their arrival. I would recommend this company and I will likely get a quote with them again for future services.

Every person at the company we dealt was very professional and great to work with. The windows are beautiful and we are very happy with how they look. We are excited for no drafts in our windows next winter. We would highly recommend Power to everyone. Their warranty on the windows is the best in the business!!

Very happy with the work they did. Roof and gutters look good. Roof took a little longer than anticipated due to small crew. Initial sales visit was a little long (4 hours) but they were very thorough.

Pushy and dishonest salesman, spent 3.5 hours at our house. Once he got to the price we said we were not intrested but he kept pushing. The roof estimate was over $40,000 but if we made a decision on the spot he would lower it to $27,000, which was at least $12,000 higher than all the other estimates. Then the company kept calling us after we asked them to stop. From what I've read this is the usual tactic of the company.

The install of my windows went very very well. The crew was efficient, worked well together and everything looks great. They even shop vac'd throughout the house. I met Power at Sam's club and r representative was very friendly. Our salesman was knowledgeable and explained the quality perfectly. The glass is strong enough to hammer a nail into a 2x4' wow! Great job, highly recommended.

Logan our salesman was a total professional and explained the great quality in the windows, and the price made it a no brainer. Our crew was prompt and hard working, they cleaned everything and we love our new windows. Highly recommended.

The project was amazing. Everyone was friendly, the products are top notch, and the warranty caps it off, it's a full lifetime transferable warranty. I know I've added value in my home. Highly highly recommended.

I am absolutely blown away by Power home remodeling as an entire company. Everyone greets you with a smile and bends over backwards to help you. My sales person Kevin came in and gave me a great education when windows. I had been thinking about replacing them for about two years but never got around to calling any companies. I kept getting circulars in the mail and wind power knocked on my door, I took it as a sign that it was time to start looking. I am so pleased with how everything turned out. They definitely met and exceeded all expectations. They seem like they overpromise, but, they did not under deliver. They even went above and beyond by helping me shovel my driveway and clean off my car after it snowed.

Every part of the process was smooth. Our salesmen, Keenan and Gregg were professional and fun to chat with. While the presentation was a little long, we had no other complaints. The quality of the window and the install was top notch, and we are thrilled we can now open and use our windows again! Highly recommended company.

5 1/2 hour high pressure sales pitch that stole an entire afternoon from my family. The product may be good, but it's extremely high end and you don't get the price until you've gone through the the entire pitch. Know what you're getting into if you agree to a quote.

Excellent; each step of the process was handled professionally with people who were positive and showed real customer service. Employees arrived on time, went right to work, and left areas in perfect shape (no follow up from me).

It was a multi-day project. One day to install the Solar Eclipse heat shield in the attic and 1.5 days to replace all the windows, sliding glass door and siding. I can honestly say that the installation and quality of materials used for my project were second to none. I researched this company as well as several others before making my decision who to go with. My neighbor was an Anderson Window rep and had her house done with Anderson so I had something to compare Power to. I sat through that long sales pitch but when you're thinking about spending the kind of money I was about to, I really wanted to know how these windows were made, the quality of materials used, how they were going to be installed, not to mention the other things I needed to have done. Add all that up along with a Lifetime Warranty on parts AND labor, the decision was easy. The workers showed up on time the day the project was scheduled. They were all very polite and took care removing the old windows and doors. They cleaned up all the materials before they left, vacuumed every room around where they worked. They laid down sheets where they worked so not dirty the carpet and to catch any dust/debris. They worked so well and so quietly, you barely even knew they were there. The siding they installed matched the color of my existing siding perfectly. The heat shield they installed in my attic made an immediate impact on how warm my second floor got during this super hot summer. I was a bit skeptical about how effective it would be until the very next day when the temps hit 90. It really did make a significant difference keeping the heat out. They also installed a high tech programmable thermostat that I can set using my cell phone. Superior quality windows and door wall. My kitchen used to have a heavy drape over my door wall because the sun was so blistering being reflected off of the pond and swimming pool in my backyard. I opted for the door wall with the integrated blinds and I'm so glad I did. I chucked that old drape and gave my kitchen a very clean and elegant look. I had 3M window tinting on my old windows which blocked most of the heat coming through. The Power windows I just had installed block even more heat with no expensive tinting. I could have had all this work done (by multiple companies) at a lesser price, but I'm a firm believer in the saying, you get what you pay for. If you go cheap, then cheap is what you get. I wanted to change these windows only one time. Fix it and forget it. With the lifetime warranty on parts and labor, that's exactly what I can do - forget about replacing/repairing my windows ever again. Do it right the first time and you'll actually save money. Aside from the door wall, Solar Eclipse and siding, it averaged out to be about $1000 per window (taking the different sizes into account).

They did everything professionally, they were elaborate in their explanations so we could understand it. The quality of their work was excellent and they were always on time.

Everything went great. We love our new windows and are so happy with the quality and the lifetime transferable warranty. The warranty even includes labor, which blows our mind. We would gladly recommend Power to anyone.
