Description of Work: Hagopian's cleaning tech Chris cleaned and scotch guarded carpets in living, dining, and family rooms. Also cleaned and scotch guarded a three cushion sofa, a large chair and ottoman, and four throw pillows. The team arrived on time, worked efficiently, was polite and friendly. I have used Hagopian many times, and will continue to do so.

Description of Work: They cleaned a VERY OLD, VERY DIRTY, and large room area rug. It was light beige and had not been cleaned for more than 20 years! Don't ask! It looks like new since they cleaned it. I also had a couple small rugs cleaned.

Everything is really clean when they are done and if there is a stain, they really work on it. If they see problem areas they point them out to me. If there is something they can't clean, they tell me why.

+ -1 moreThey claimed the quote didn’t include putting the carpeting back down. My husband and I both understood it included putting the carpet back down. They said no and that the cost doubled. They accused me of being a liar. We couldn't believe it, they've always had a good reputation. I told them I wasn’t going to use them and I would never use them again. I also will tell everyone else they don’t live up to their contracts.
Description of Work: I had always used them. I had a basement flood and they gave me a quote on drawing the water up and cleaning it.

+ -1 moreThey do excellent work. I always use them and I have told several of my friends about them. If they can't get a stain out, they will send out a stain specialist to look at the stain and determine the best way to get it out.

The technicians were on time and did a good job cleaning the carpet. I was quoted a price of $50, but as the technicians were finishing up, I was given the option of putting on a protective application of Scotchgard on the carpet, so that increased my total to $75. There was an entertainment center that I wished they had moved to clean under, but they did move the sofa, loveseat, and chair.
