Hagopian World of Rugs

I do have Hagopian World of Rugs to come in to clean my furniture. They were here around Thanksgiving of 2016. They clean the furniture in several rooms. The price varies, they clean quite a bit of furniture and it's somewhere around the $300 range. They're terrific, I use them every time.

Great in terms of cleanliness and professionalism. I was hoping that there would be some compensation for the fact that two of my rooms are small 8 x 10 (80 sq. ft.) . Their website says 1 room is equal to 250 sq. ft. which is more than the square footage of the two rooms.

I liked that they were on time getting here and did the job quickly. I didn't like that they were messy. They dragged some hoses that were leaking thru the house that made the house a mess while they were cleaning. I think I would use them again in the future.

They were very professional and I was pleased.

The pick up/drop off service is great; the price is good. The job was done in a timely fashion with accommodations made to work around my vacation. I would definitely use this company again.

All went well. Rug was ordered after we were able to take samples home and see them in our room. This helped in our decision making. We love our new rug. Thank you to the Hagopian Sales Person who was very attentive and helpful. After looking around at many stores for the perfect fluffy white rug, this was the best quality and value.

They were very good at what they did. I used them before I moved to this area. I was really satisfied.

They are prompt, right on time, the floors are never soggy or wet and they do an excellent job in extracting the water. They take care to put little slips of coated paper under the furniture to make sure that it doesn't get dirty. You don't have to move any of your furniture; they take care to do all of that. I think they do a lovely job on the stairs because that's my dirties spot.

You can do the same job with a good vacuum of your own. Slick salesmanship: Make you feel they are doing something great but that's not the case. Apparently they have a stain removing expert. He cannot remove any tough stain. But I should say he has his style. Very slick.

In moving my carpets and box spring were damaged by oil that was on the floor of the moving truck.. The oil was all over the bottoms of my furnature and along the side of my box spring which was blackened by the oil. Anyway, Hagopian got all the oil out of my carpets and completely restored my box spring. I was highly impressed by thier service and professionalism.

The carpet had many stains and the previous owner of our house had a cat and the carpet had cat urine stains. All stainswere removed.

They were hear on time. Did the work fast way to fast like they had no time at all, I had moved my entertainment equipment prier to the cleaning all they had to do is move the furniture. This company did the worst job I've ever had done not only was the carpet not cleaned well they left it soaking wet I had to use my wet dry vacuum to get the water out of my carpet it pulled up about 4 gallons of dirty water it was so bad that the area in front of my entrance to my great room took 5 days to dry out. I called the company that same day and got the runaround like they could come back in like 4or5 days lets put it this way they had it down to a fine science of BULL! I went out to truck and the noise from the equipment sounded like grinding gears the sight glass on the gear box was broken and it had not a drop of oil in it that a peace of junk. I thought I was Hiring a reputable company but they were the worst. Robert J LaRouche

They arrived on time and completed the task in two hours.

Each time, the work went terrifically. The cleaners were always on time, helpful, and knowledgable, and their manner of cleaning pulled up all sorts of dirt and spots. And we've had a range of work done by them, from area rugs to flood damage to general cleaning, and all of it has been good. The only negative I'd say is that with the flood division we had many service calls because there is such a division of labor: one to assess the damage and remove the old padding, one to give an estimate, one to install, one to clean, and so on, and it wasn't easy to arrange to be home so many days in one week. But the work they did was professional and solid, and we'll absolutely use all their services again.

I liked the quality of their work. The people who came were fine. They came when they were supposed to and finished the job when it was supposed to be. They did a good job.

The general cleaning was very well done and the crew showed up in a timely manner. The problem was scheduling the spot cleaning. I scheduled, but then had to reschedule, and the specialist wasn't going to be in my area for a few weeks. I ended up never having them come out for the follow up.Life gets busy and you move on. Recently, I called to set up an appointment to have a cleaning and wanted to schedule the spot cleaning as well, so I could at least have it done all in the same week (they won't do it on the same day). They were not able to accomodate my request to schedule both the general and the spot cleaning. They told me it would be about two weeks before the specialist would be in my area after the general cleaning, but could not guarantee that I could count on that date because they could not schedule my appointment until after that.I really prefer to have everything done all at once. I understand the philosophy of Hagopian of getting to the stubborn spots after the general cleaning, but it's very inconvenient not to be able to make the appointments both at the same time. If you want to cross and quot;carpets cleanedand quot; off your list and you choose Hagopian, it may take a few weeks.

They do an awesome job. Their price is not bad.

The men were fast, polite, and professional. They spent extra time removing several old stains. The carpet looks great and I feel like the place is clean and sanitized. Will use Hagopian again for sure!

They did a nice job. I would give them all 'As'. I have used them before for cleaning furniture. They are concerned about their image and they do a good job. They called to let me know they were running behind schedule. I would use them in the future.

They are very clean and professional and they got everything out. The only thing I didn't like was it did take them awhile. I took the rugs in in August and didn't get them back until October.

They did a really good job. It was an easy job since we had not moved in yet so there was no furniture moving or anything like that. They were very fast. They came out for a free follow-up visit if there were any really tough stains. They had a stain guru that would come out and try and get it out.

Overall, it was a very good job. I would certainly hire them again and recommend them to others.

We used discount coupons with them; they had half off prices so we thought it was a fair price. They knew how to fix oriental rugs. We had a number of oriental rugs that we brought back with us from Europe. They knew how to repair them and get them cleaned. We are very pleased with them.
