Description of Work: I had a leak in a hot water pipe that came up through my slab. The technician found the leak under the dirt in my bathroom access panel. He had to remove part of the slab inside the access panel in order to replace the damaged pipe. After he did that, he discovered a second leak about 4" beneath the original one, so he had to create a bypass around the entire defective area.I thought that he did a very good, thorough job; and he was very professional, friendly, and competent. The only thing I didn't like was the price, which I thought was on the high side compared to plumbing work I'd had done by a small company before.

+ -1 moreWe purchased our unit from this company 9 years ago. In that time, they have taken care of all the service checks and we have never had to buy any new parts. This last service call we made during the Labor Day weekend and he contacted us first thing Tuesday morning. They have great follow-up, and especially during a time when we're having triple digit temperatures.
Description of Work: We had him come out and service our air conditioner. He was able to fix whatever the problem was without having to buy new parts.

+ -1 moreJohn is the plumber who completed the services. I had purchased the control valve and faucet beforehand. The cost is based on labor only. I have used their services on a number of occasions. I am quite pleased with their work performance and plumbing knowledge. They will charge a trip charge. However, since I had repairs completed this was a part of the cost. They are expensive, but I feel they are well worth the expense.
Description of Work: The plumber replaced a control valve and faucet in my shower. He had to replace pipes behind the bathroom sink. Then, he had to go underneath the tub to replace a trap that was leaking. He disposed of the all the parts and cleaned the area upon completion. He began the project at 9:00 am and finished at 1:30 pm.

+ -1 moreTHEY CAME OUT TO THE HOUSE QUICKLY. THEY DID AS LITTLE DAMAGE AS POSSIBLE TO SURROUNDING DRY WALL SO THAT THE DRY WALL REPAIRS AFTER THE PIPE WAS FIXED WOULD BE MINIMAL.
Description of Work: THEY CAME IN AND DETERMINED WHERE A PIPE WAS LEAKING CONNECTED TO THE SHOWER. THEY REPAIRED THE PIPE.
