They are very satisfactory. Their pricing and services is really good. They really fit the bill. They offer a lock box and install it for free. When I push the button, EMS will call them and get the combination of the lock box to be able to get to me. I’ve had them for 3 months. I test their system once a month. You can’t ask for better service.

provider was very helpful and professional.
I have not yet had to signal my provider (thankfully).  My only negative is that the necklace is long and not comfortable when I`m sitting and/or eating and sleeping.

They were great on the phone, sent their box quickly after I ordered. The lockbox wouldn't open; they talked me through trying a few things on the phone, then said they would ship out a new one and I could just consider the first one a paperweight (or throw away). The new one arrived quickly and worked fine. We tested out the system, and it seems to be as promised and working well.

This was a horrible experience and I will try another medical alert system as this is not a luxury item  but a necessity.

I was concerned that my father (83) who lives alone would not use this but one night he was having chest pains and pushed his button on the transmitter he wore around his neck.  A dispatcher/paramedic answered his call , after talking with my father he dispatched an ambulance and stayed talking with my dad till help arrived,  This was very comforting to my father.  The paramedic then called me and left a very in depth message (as I was at work).  My brother was the next emergency contact and was promptly called.  This situation was handled to a tee.  My father also has set of his alarm by accident a few times and the responder  has always been very professional and kind,  I have had nothing but good contacts so far with this company.  I almost forgot, when I received my package initially, I was sent a key box that didn't work.  I called and they sent me a new one in two days time.

They are so reasonably priced.  Less than a dollar a day.  It would cost more than that to have someone stop in and check on her every day and then that is only for the few minutes that they are there.  This is coverage 24 hours a day.  Since mom uses a walker she is a little unsteady on her feet and so we worry about her falling and then not being able to get up.  This device and service eliminates that concern from our lives.

I talked to a woman who helped me very patiently.  She seemed to know the product well.  The working light on my unit was yellow.  She said it should be green.  We worked for some time plugging and unplugging the device in different wall  outlets.  I had to move the couch and a large wooden cabinet to do so.  It was very tiring.  No matter what I did the light remained yellow and did not turn green.  Finally She decided  we should go ahead and test the unit anyway.  It worked.  I was very disappointed that she had me do all that work for nothing.  But in the end, she was very helpful and polite and we did get it working and I believe it was just one of those things that randomly happen.  It is working and I am very pleased with the price which is about half what the local hospital here charges for the same services.  Time will tell if the savings is worth it.  I am still pleased with the service.  They furnished me 2 call buttons and 2 cords to wear as a necklace and one wrist band to wear on my wrist if I so choose.  The local service here charges $10 a month for one emergency button.  I have 2 for no extra charge.

The equipment was shipped immediately and I received it in 2 days. Instructions were straight forward. Connected main unit to phone line and plug into ac outlet. Batteries were already charged. Performed a test of the remote pendant. It took about 45 seconds for the test call to be answered. The representative that answered was very polite and verified my mother was ok by asking a few simple questions. Voice quality was very clear and loud. The pendant can be clipped to my mothers clothing or connected to a holder that she can wear as a bracelet or wore around neck with a lanyard.
All in all ,it was a very good experience with this company. Would highly recommend them. Just remember to perform a test call with the company once a month to ensure operation and to make your loved one get in the habit of using the pendent. The company will not contact you to follow up to verify operation.

We had decided we needed an item like this after moving back home. 
several years ago, she had a bad fall and broke her wrist which made her
unable to use her walker so she had to move to a nursing home.  No
matter what the cost of this system is, no way is it more than nursing
care!  Of course, keeping Mom home and safe is the important thing.  My
peace of mind is no small thing either!
If there is anything to be improved upon, I would say the style of the pendant and bracelet. 
They are not uncomfortable, but I do not see why they can't be thinner,
less bulky?
I highly recommend this system.  It has been in place for a year without any issues.

Our questions were answered satisfactorily and we placed the order. Unfortunately we weren't able to persuade the family member in question to accept the alarm. She sent the alarm box back unopened and customer service had already refunded our credit card charge before we got around to calling them.

Sometimes it takes some convincing to get a family member comfortable with having a system - please let us know if you feel like she is ready to try again and we will be happy to help. One thing to keep in mind - when someone presses the button and requests help, the call does not always require an ambulance to be dispatched. Many calls to our monitoring center are for simple "lift assists" if someone stumbles and is not injured, or has been watching TV in a chair too long and has trouble getting up. In these cases, a neighbor or nearby family member on your contact list is called to help out. The key is to get a quick response when they need help. Thanks again, Bryan"

walkie talkie like pendant is not pretty and is pretty big but beats yealling
grom bathroom to a base system elseware in the house. so far so good
price was reasonable.

I was looking for a GSP system for my elderly parent who had decided to give up their phone land line & therefore could no longer have the LifeStation alert system they had ( which by the way was excellent & I would highly recommend). After calling 5 other providers who did not have service in the area where they lived, I was able to speak with a representative from Medical Alert. She wa GREAT. She explained the service provided, the limitations, checked to see if service was available where my parent lived, asked questions about my parent's accessibility to supports, etc., etc. She told me about the options & at no time did I feel that she was trying to "sell" me the Medical Alert product. She gave me her direct line for future communication. A week later I was with my parent & we called the direct line given to me. This person answered & was able to quickly recall the details of the conversation we had had the week before. She provided additional information for my parent, walked us through the costs & benefits of short term vs. long term service. Most importantly when we made the decision to go w/Medical Alert my parent was assured that given any issue they would be able to speak with a person directly - not respond to a recorded message & press mulitiple buttons to get an answer. My recommendation - need a GPS system that can assure your parent peace of mind anywhere they go without them thinking they have to call 911 - go with Medical Alert.

This company was very nice and professional. Other companies- Life Alert and affiliates would not even let you talk to a sales rep. without all your information. The representative I dealt with -Charles even gave me his cell number. The price was competitive and the service was great.

I spoke with their representative on the telephone, agreed to one of their plans, and subscribed to the service. My equipment arrived quickly and I was able to set up the service easily by following the instructions included. I have tested every week since then and had a successful test. I had two "false alarms" and was helped by a customer service representative to avoid them by not wearing the alarm button on the same wrist as my wrist watch and by not wearing it while sleeping ubt attaching it to my CPAP machine instead.

It's great.  The system gives me excellent peace of mind, and my mother is actually able to speak into the device around her neck.  They also gave us a lock box that houses a code which will allow the medical personnel to enter the house if we aren't at home.
