Description of Work: I'm returning the system. When I first got it, it wouldn't work and they weren't very clear about what it could do. I felt like the distance it covered was misrepresented. The system ended up knocking out my mother's phone system. They tried to help me out, but they weren't upfront with technical requirements you needed to make the system work. They did refund my money.

Description of Work: I have had this service for 3 years. Recently, I switched to their GPS system with fall alert. Now I can go anywhere in U S & know they'll be there if I need them. This new unit, however, cannot be worn in shower so I place just outside where I can reach it if I need to. I spoke with their emergency response team 2 days ago when I did regular test. Nice courteous, efficient people to work with.

Description of Work: On this day they helped me 'finalize" my paperwork that they must have on hand. My fax machine was causing some problems, and they helped to reassure me that they did get good enough copies. ?They also asked questions to clarify some of my input, which they immediately put in their computer system. ?They are the most responsive, professional people who dole out encouragement and do not delay inputting information and likewise give you feedback and information without delay. Their system is totally unique-AMAZING- I am very confident with them!!

Description of Work: I purchased this product for my mother. She contacted Medical Care Alert for assistance with set up. She didn't set up immediately after purchase because she was going out of town and Medical Care Alert called her to see if she needed assistance. They contacted me as well. They were kind, professional and helpful. My 81 year old mother loves the security of knowing she can reach help if she needs it and I do too.

Description of Work: The alert system was easy to set up at home. The instructions were clear and easy to follow. The cost I listed is for the year. I couldn't my paperwork immediately. The actual cost is what I paid by credit card thru Angie's list. So far the only action was the initial test which was perfect. Fortunately I have not had a medical problem requiring use of the emergency system.
