Description of Work: I made the mistake of attaching device to my purse. I have “fall alert”. I dropped my purse onto floor of car and went grocery shopping. It set the alarm off and paramedics, ambulance and girlfriend surrounded my car. All it happened in a 15 minute time span. I will always have Medical Alert. I live alone and love the peace of mind it provides !

Description of Work: My husband had one of their medical alert devices, but he passed away. Wonderful customer service woman (sorry I forget her name) helped me convert the device to me so I am now covered and protected with their wonderful service. I am always trying to get my friends to use their service, they are the best!!!!!
