Description of Work: They gave good service. My husband died several months ago, and they said they would transfer the service to me at no charge. I have not done that as yet, but the offer was generous.

Description of Work: They have good customer service and their equipment works well. They respond very promptly if there are any questions. They have a customer support line that I call. The instructions for setting up the device was also very easy to understand.

Description of Work: Needed a "panic" button for my mother to wear around her neck in case she could not find her phone or falls. This is the perfect solution. She is able to press the button if there is an emergency or if she simply would like Medical Care Alert to phone her daughter. They were very nice and helpful setting this up! Would definitely recommend.

Description of Work: Called Medical Alert after my mother took a tumble down the steps. They were great on the phone, explained everything we needed to know in detail, and within minutes we had the right system ordered and it was on its way. It arrived when it was supposed to. I believe this was a good value as well. Would recommend this company for anyone looking for this service.
