The home is in a rural area and even though the GPS shows the address on a different street than the driveway is on... he arrived to the property before me and without help. Throughout the inspection he was extremely detailed, climbing in, above and below in some areas that even the current homeowner had never been in. His feedback on site was excellent as was the detailed report I received a few hours after the on site inspection. I would absolutely work with Todd again."
