The inspection revealed hidden structural damage that would have potentially cost us thousands of dollars of unexpected repairs. Mr. Quinn was very thorough in his inspection and we were extremely happy with his thoroughness. He did not just walk around the house with a check list and look at the house. He actually did what I expect when someone inspects a house and crawled in on and around the entire house. Very thorough and professional. Chris accurately characterized the condition of the house so I could make informed decisions about its value and necessary maintenance.
