Description of Work: Identified the problem and fixed it before there was water damage to the walls. We were worried the tub in the upstairs bathroom would have to be removed since there is no access to the plumbing. They correctly identified the problem and fixed it.

Description of Work: The owner came to my house at night and located two separate leaks in a bathroom pipe caused by nails shot into the pipe six months earlier by someone putting up baseboard. He was very patient and thorough in finding and fixing one leak and then the other. He also installed new shutoff valves as the ones in the bathroom did not work. He definitely gave us a break on the price for all that he did and at night.

Description of Work: They put in a new copper pipe for the ice maker.

Description of Work: Marked showed up exactly on time. He was polite and friendly. They had asked me to take a picture with my phone and send to them of the broken toilet flange that needed to be fixed which I thought was a smart thing to do. Saves time if they know what they are going to need for job. He took about an hour which is what I had expected. The cost was about what I expected too. He cleaned up the area before he left. He also spent 15 minutes answering questions about a project we were considering for our kitchen. I'd definitely recommend Prime Plumbing based on my experience.

Description of Work: installed a new faucet on a pedestal sink at a rental property of mine at Whitmore Lake. Mike arrived on time to install the faucet that I had already purchased. He was friendly and went right to work. I had failed to tell him it was a pedestal sink, which, he told me, made the job more difficult. He had estimated the job to cost $125, but he needed to replace an old feeder line and had to drive nearly 30 miles round trip to obtain it, and, on his own, he up graded the part. For this unanticipated time, travel, and expense, he only added $15 to the estimate, which I thought was too generous. Accordingly, I voluntarily decided to increased the amount to $150. I will certainly use his services again.

Description of Work: Hi I had Prime Plumbing come to my house because I had a major water leak in my basement. We just put an apartment down stairs for my Mother In-law who has cancer and now we have a water leak!!! I was so freaked out because I thought if it continued we would ruin the carpet etc.... I called Prime and they came out right away. They knew the importance of the job and really I would have paid anything to know that my Mother was safe and her apartment wouldn't get ruined. Low and behold they only charged me $295.00 . They were on time, friendly and clean. I will never again call another company. I will be a forever client!!! Kelly McPherson

Description of Work: Prime Plumbing has done the complete re-plumbing of our kitchen when it was remodeled in 1999. They have also installed fixtures in our half-bath during the remodel. They have installed new toilets in two other bathrooms in the house. (The $370 above was for a new toilet and installation in one bathroom).
