Very professional, prompt, and responsive. Respectful of flooring by laying down cloths to walk on. Used excellent quality materials and even did a few minor things (like making a small adjustment on a toilet flushing mechanism) without charging us when they easily could have just replaced it for a fee. We highly recommend Prime Plumbing and will definitely call them again when we need a plumber.

They were excellent. When I called they were prompt in answering and setting up appointment. Came when they were supposed to and did great work.

Very responsive - came to location and provided an estimate the day after we called. Very flexible - did the rough plumbing and waited for us to get the carpentry and electrical installed before scheduling the finish plumbing. Did the work as discussed, cleaned after themselves and were very friendly and good to work with. Would definitely call again.

We couldn't be more pleased with both the quality of the repair and the cost. The plumber, Mark, showed up right on time and diagnosed the leak then gave us an estimate for the work involved. He left to get a needed part...returning about 20 minutes later. He replaced the clean out pipe....completing the job in about a 1/2 hour. Mark was very neat, cleaning up the area completely. I will be using them again....and recommend them highly if you need an excellent, honest, reasonably priced plumber. OUTSTANDING!

The plumber was prompt, courteous and honest. Told us how to order the part so it would not cost us anything instead of them ordering it and charging us for it. (The company that makes the faucet has lifetime warranty on parts) They kept in touch with us until the part arrive and promptly returned to finish the job. I have already referred them and would use them again.

Very responsive, professional work. Clean and neat work- making sure gas lines were secured behind cabinets safely. Cleaned up after themselves. Owner came to house to quote the job and was also hands on at the site.

My original call to them was for the tub/shower problem-no cold water. Mark came out and tried to fix it but it kept leaking-the fittings were too worn. He explained in detail what I needed to buy (or they would provide) and set a day around my schedule to return and do the repair. They (two service men) were right on time and finished the work in less than 2 hours. They were very personable and efficient. They even replaced some parts that were not part of the original repair. They cleaned up the work areas so well you wouldn't know they had been there. The price was very reasonable considering 2 trips, 2 repairman and extra parts provided. I will certainly call them again for any of my plumbing problems!

Prime Plumbing did a good job and I was satisfied. Mike Madden returned calls or text messages promptly. I was able to text pictures and Mike was able to quote me a price over the phone. They were able to fit me in the same day I called and they arrived on time. Work was completed in a timely manner. I liked the fact that there were (2) service people and a very large parts inventory in the vehicle. They did a good job and the price was reasonable. Unbelievable!! He diagnosed the problem, and referred me to someone that could take care of it as it turned out not to be a plumbing problem after all. Mark was very professional, prompt, pleasant to work with and then much to my surprise did not even charge me for the trip he made out to the house! I fully expected to pay for his evaluation but he said "just call me if you have any other plumbing problems". Unheard of in these days, I am so impressed and appreciative. This company will be the first that I would call for any other plumbing problems in the future!!

I was very pleased with the overall service. Nice young man. Punctual and professional. What more can you ask for? I have one small criticism. The owner of the company billed me according to "time and materials." I thought the total ultimate bill was fair, but it was not broken down according to time and materials. It was just a "total."

Wound up doing the work myself but their diagnosis was excellent.

The faucet trim in my master bath was very old and needed replacing. Prime plumbing had to research to find a plumbing supply house that carried the brand that was in the bathroom so replacement parts could be ordered. Mike kept in touch to let me know he was still pursuing the correct parts. When the parts came in, we scheduled the repair to the bathtub trim and replacement of the bathroom sink faucet. The tub faucet was leaking very slowly so I called Mike to ask about it. Silly me did not realize that the trim on the bathtub faucet could be replaced without changing the 'guts' of the faucet. The bathtub is not like a sink faucet. Mike explained this so he sent another plumber out to fix the leak. Both plumbers were professional and very nice. They explained what they were doing and cleaned up after themselves. I would definitely use this place again.

Discovered a leak in the sump pump pipe, called 3 plumbers on Angie's List,. Prime called me within an hour, and even though I was a ways away, arranged to get someone out to fix the problem that day! The young man showed up on time and was pleasant, professional, and had it fixed in a short time. I felt the price charged was reasonable. I plan on using them again when I decide which new faucet to buy for my kitchen sink!

I phoned Prime Plumbing to get some information about replacing my sump pump. The first time I called, the person answering was in a truck driving and could not write down my address. He indicated that he would call me back in a little while and give me the information I wanted. I waited all day, but never received a call back. That evening I sent an email to them asking that they contact me. I got no reply. The next day I called them back, but only got their voicemail. I left a message, but still no call back. This said a lot to me regarding the company's responsiveness, integrity, and professionalism. I will never do business with this company or recommend them to anybody. They need to learn what customer service is all about.

I left Mike a message on his voicemail and he returned my call very quickly. Made an appointment for estimate and he was very prompt and personable. Said they would open it up and see if cleaning it out would do the trick and if not would have to replace the pump. Gave me a total estimate and set up the appointment for 8 a.m. the next morning. Mike called me a 11 p.m. and informed me the supply place would not be open until 8:30 to have his plumber pick up the new pump in case it was needed and would be out by 9:30 a.m. It was nice to get that call at night instead of waiting the next morning. Plumber arrived at 9 a.m.. He opened it up and said it was clean but the pump would not run. He replaced the pump, cleaned up the area upon completion. Overall I was very happy with the service and would use them again if needed (hopefully will not) and would recommend Prime Plumbing to do the job.

Mike sent a co-worker to install the faucet. He was punctual, professional and installed the faucet in approximately 45 minutes. He charged $175.00 for the job - a much more inflated price than we had paid prior for a similar job. When questioned, the co-worker just said "that's what I was told to charge". I called Mike and left a voice mail message stating that I thought the price was too high for the job done. I never received a phone call back. I will not be using Prime Plumbing again.

On Wednesday, 08/01/2012, my wife and grandson give me a panicky message that we have no hot water! I checked, found no hot water, even though power vent motor, on water heater, was busilly humming along. Went to Angies list and looked up plumbers. Mike Madden (Prime Plumbing) stood out with straight "A"s, and great reviews. Placed phone call (which was promptly answered), told him problem. Even though it was moderately late in the day, he was quite prepared to come out, diagnose problem, and, either fix it right then, or, if parts were needed that he didn't have available, he would be able to get them and be back first thing in the morning. I told him it wasn't an emergency so coming out next day would be fine. We set up appointment for noon the next day. At 1045 AM, on Thursday, 08/02/2012, Mike called to apologise, his worker was running late, but would be here by 1230. Sure enough, his man showed up, fixed what seemed to be the problem (bad relief valve), ran some tests and found that the valve was not the problem. About this time, Mike Madden showed up, introduced himself, and got involved in the diagnosis. It appeared that the igniter was malfunctioning (cycling on and off, so flame didn't stay lit), and, moneywise, it would make more sense to replace entire water heater unit than to fix the existing water heater unit ( 15 years old). Mike started making phone calls, found a replacement water heater, gave me a price for the unit, including installation ($1400.00), sent other employee to pick it up, asked if I wanted them to install tonight, or would 9:00AM, on 3rd be acceptable? I said Friday morning would be fine. He did not require any "up front money", told me he would call in morning and left.8:14 Friday morning, Mike called, asked if he could come early. Arrived at 8:28, went to work. He had estimated 2 men, 2 hours, work took a little longer due to some unforeseen problems with our piping. We use heat pumps for A/C that use well water to function, so turning water off, for any extended period, would cause some discomfort. Mike waited till last possible moment to have me turn off water supply, so water was off less than an hour. Unit was up and running before noon. Mike did not charge any extra money for additional time spent on job, was extremely cordial and informative. Both Mike, and his assistant were neat in appearance, dressed appropriately for the job at hand, and were extremely polite. The utility room, where water heater is located, is neater and cleaner now, than when he arrived. Mike did not charge any money for the time spent diagnosing problem, nor for the relief valve his man had replaced on Thursday.I have had many occasions, over the years, to interact with service providers, Mike Madden (PRIME PLUMBING), provided the best experience I have ever had!He is the man/company I am going to use, from now on, for any other plumbing work I need done.
