"I was very happy with my experience with Rock Solid Exteriors. First I met Levi when he came out (in the rain) to look at my roof and provided a great estimate. Joseph put the customer (HOA) best interests first. Our main road was rotting and wouldn’t last which meant repair would be a waste of HOA funds. Joseph was the only person out of 4 firms quoting who pointed out the entrance from North Territorial road also needed seal coating. The competence demonstrated from a 30 minute walk through of the road and driveways set HTP apart from 3 other bidders. Joseph provided written estimate and modified it with extra detail that I requested. It’s difficult to find competent firms and people with integrity. Hard stop Paving completed work within 3 weeks of signed contract and our roads and driveways look new and were paved to perfection. The cost of resurfacing concrete is $6 per square foot on average, though that cost can range from $3 to $9 per square foot.
For a driveway that is 200 square feet, you can expect to pay $600 to $1,800, and for a driveway that is 500 square feet, that cost averages $1,500 to $4,500. Resurfacing your driveway will give you the look and feel of a new surface without the hefty cost.
You may want to hire a concrete floor contractor to check out your home’s concrete surfaces or inspect your home’s foundation for minor damages that they can fix while on site. They may be able to fix cracks in your driveway or garage floor the same day they fix your concrete steps, as well.
