Thet did a very good job. They explained everything and answered all my questions. They were on time and cleaned up after.

Everything was fine overall. The ducts got clean. They damaged a part on my furnace. The owner was very apologetic and ordered the replacement part. It took months to get the part, and when it came in, they forgot to call me. So it sat there even longer. However, the receptionist did deliver it herself that day. They really tried to make up for it. When I finally got the part and went to put it in the furnace, it didn't fit. At that point, I just left it. Don't want the hassle anymore. I may or may not use these guys again.

I spoke with the owner about the company's services, and he was very cordial.

The technician was very professional and personable. He did excellent work that was done thoroughly and quick. I will continue to use his services in the future.

Did a great job removing construction dust. Called before they arrived and were even a bit early. Very professional and cleaned up afterword. They explained the process and completed on their time estimate. Office called to follow up to see if I was happy with results. Dust has been substantially reduced.

They arrived when they said they would. They double-checked what price I was quoted on the phone with what was written on the order sheet they had - they matched. They warned me on the phone that it would take approximately three hours and would be loud, but that there would be minimal mess. It took less than three hours and it was loud, but they did a great job, answered any questions I had as they were working. There were a few spots that I noticed some dirt/dust around the vents they cleaned, but it was minimal. They even had me check the furnace room where most of the dirt was collected to make sure they had cleaned up to my satisfaction. We recently moved into this house and the lady who lived here before must have been allergic to cleaning products, so it felt wonderful to know that we can breath deeply now when our furnace and air conditioner are on.

A-1 gave a quote over the phone and stuck with the quote. They arrived exactly when they said. Also they did not try to up sell at all over the phone or in person. They did a good job.

Arrived an hour after the appointed time, but did call to let me know of the delay. Immediately assessed how to best approach our HVAC system with their equipment and repositioned the truck from the driveway to a side street to shorten the distance from the vacuum to the ductwork. Were very methodical in their approach to their task and asked permission to proceed. Equipment (hoses, etc.) was moved to assure that furnishings were untouched and any debris was immediately cleaned up. The equipment used (truck, vacuum, compressor, hoses, agitators, etc.) was top-notch. Cameras and air flow gauges were equal to the tasks. Were very thorough and informative. Businesslike, yet friendly approach to conversation. Each cold air return was cleaned with compressed air. Each heating/cooling duct was blasted with compressed air, agitated with a multi-flailed whip, blasted again with compressed air and the resultant dust was drawn into the main ductwork and into the vacuum hose. Holes made to accommodate the hoses were capped with plastic plugs that fit very snugly and the large holes in the cold and hot main ductwork created for the vacuum were capped by prefabbed plates that were placed and fastened with screws into the ducts. Furnace, as well as air conditioning coils, were thoroughly cleaned, as was the dryer vent. Overall, about 3.5 hours and a very, very clean system. Great job - would recommend to anyone.

They came recommended from another business. Very reliable. Booked the appointment and arrived right on time. Got the job done efficiently and quickly. No surprised. No extra charges.

This was a piece of cake compared to the first time around. The worker moved efficiently through the house, cleaning through each opening with minimal dust escaping into the house. (Even at that, I recommend covering fragile electronic equipment just to make sure it's protected.) The first time they cleaned the ducts, there were pieces of drywall, layers of dust, and other construction materials some of which escaped their brush and suction. Because we had the worst of the cleaning done a few years ago, they gave us a discount.

The technician arrived on time and was very thorough and neat. He used my basement window to access my furnace from the truck, so as to minimize any possible damage. The project was completed in approximately three hours, and everything went as planned.

Jay from A-1 arrived a little earlier but was fine my me and he did call first. When he arrived he quoted me the price he had on his list and it was exactly what I was told. So he came ahead and looked everything over and shoes off at the door-GREAT. He connected up the tubing to the furnace going through the houses back door and I sat some time at the table listening to all the stuff going from my furnace as he blew pressured air in the vents and cold air returns. I had my furnace done by one of the Ads that only charge $70- $100 only a year ago and they came in with a shop-vac and just did the vents and was gone in half an hour, I could of done that. Jay was here two hours or better. I don't have dust like I use to and it's great not to have the headaches I had. If your going to have your Ducts clean this A-1 Duct Cleaning from Milford is really very good at their jobs, and no hidden surprises. Jay even took the time to ask about my cat to make sure he didn't get out.

They came out on time. They hooked all the hoses up and proceeded to clean all of the ducts in the house. They were very professional and they cleaned up afterwards.
