Bill and Dylan at A1 cleaned our air ducts. They were absolutely AMAZING! My home was built in 67' and I don't think they have ever been cleaned. 🫤 They both went above and beyond and even stayed longer than anticipated since they were so bad to ensure they looked great! My husband and I were so pleased with the results! The before and after pictures were incredible! They were both so very kind and very professional! I would recommend them to anyone needing their services!

Chris and Jeff from Indoor Solution company were both very professional in doing their job. Pictures were taken before and after the ducts/ vents were cleaned. They didn’t even wear their shoes as per my request inside my house. Will definitely hire them when it’s needed to be done again in 5 years ( ? ). Keep up the good work guys!.

Excellent service! I had hired this company a couple of years ago and was impressed with them then as I am now. They are the only company I will hire to clean my ducts! I noticed an immediate change in the air quality after they finished cleaning my ducts. They are very professional and thorough. The owner Bill showed me before and after photos. I couldn't believe the difference! The cost is very reasonable and the turn around time from initial call to day of appointment is exceptional. I will definitely call them every year for my air duct cleaning.

Excellent service! I was very impressed with how professional and thorough they were. There were a few things that made them exceptional to other companies I had used in the past, such as: 1) they wore shoe covers to avoid tracking anything into my house, 2) they thoroughly covered every vent to prevent any blow back of debris back into my house while cleaning, 3) they were very efficient in working together to finish quickly, 4) the owner Bill was very pleasant to talk with and he provided pictures of before and after pictures of my ducts, 5) the pricing was very reasonable, 6) they cleaned up any debris on the floors that might have escaped from the ducts while cleaning them, and 7) they had a quick turn around from when I called them for an appointment and when it was scheduled.

They did a great job and were really helpful in suggestions I had gotten for replacing the vent covers! ... which were from 1950 and apparently not very easily replaceable. If we want them cleaned, they suggested taking them to get sandblasted and then repainting them. Overall, they did a good job removing the musty smell from her house and charged a fair price for the job, too.

Called A-1 on Friday, they said they could fit me in on Tuesday which was great. They were one of 4 places I called, and I went with them because first and foremost they were professional and knowledgeable, and secondly their price was competitive. On Tuesday A-1 arrived promptly at 9am as they said they would and finished cleaning the ducts on my 1400sqft ranch after about 1.5 hours. After cleaning the ducts (trunk, branches and returns), they cleaned up a small mess made by having to cut access points into the ducts, leaving my house in a clean condition. I would definitely recommend A-1 and will hire them the next time I need my ducts cleaned.

I had to reschedule due to a family emergency and Bill was very understanding. I made and other appointment and I am SOOOOO glad we used this company. So professional, answered all of my questions, showed me what was taken out of the vents, just honestly was overall a great experience. He made sure things were cleaned up before he left too. I had never used this type of service before so I didn't know what to expect, but I will never use another company for this type of service...EVER! I was very pleased!

Bill was very pleasant and thorough when I spoke with him on the phone. He gave me the details of the job and the cost. Made the appointment for 10/15/2015. Bill was on time performed the work that was agreed on and did not try to sell us anything else. Bill showed my wife and I before pictures of the duct work. After the duct work was cleaned he showed us the after pictures, what a huge difference! Bill kept our house neat and clean while he did the work. They cleaned up any mess that they made, put everything back like it was or better. I would highly recommend them!

The website should indicate they charge a 3% fee for using a credit card.

They cleaned it appropiately. They were wonderful. They were very thorough.

It went very well. They came in and did a very thorough job, they were polite, conscientious, and didn't make a mess in my home.

They said they'd seen worse, but we definitely noticed a marked improvement within just a few days of service. I have asthma and the construction dust was looming as a potential issue if we didn't get it cleared up before moving. They were able to schedule within about a week, were punctual, and finished in the estimated time provided. The techs who came out were careful to clean up and came back right away - within just a few minutes - when we called them after noticing 2 small holes that had accidentally been overlooked for plugs. They apologized profusely and popped them right into place. They also gave us some valuable advice for keeping the system clean if we needed to do any final construction or cleanup after they left, and I've passed that on to several people. Estimates were comparable to others - with the Angie's List discount - and there was no thankfully attempt to upsell us on other services once onsite. We paid exactly what was estimated.

Arrived on time. Matt and John spent 3 hours doing a full house (2800sqft) single furnace duct cleaning. Very thorough... all registers and through holes into ducting. Explained what they were doing and answered all questions... very cordial guys. Equipment was older than some I've seen, but seemed to work well. Was experiencing lots of dust from remodeling construction work recently completed and hope that the duct cleaning will significantly improve things. Will update after a couple weeks if conditions don't improve.
