MYplumber correctly diagnosed the source of the problems despite my incorrect diagnosis. He could have charged me much more to fix the problem I was sure I had identified myself but in the end his analysis was correct and saved me a bunch of money.

Our water stopped working on Friday morning. I discovered that the circuit breaker had tripped, When I reset the circuit breaker it seemed to work fine. The next day the water stopped working again. I called several plumbers and electricians, but could not find someone who would come out to the house. Monday morning I joined Angies list and found My Plumber. I called him and he agreed to come out to the house. He said he would be out between 11 and 12 and arrived around 2 pm. He diagnosed the probelem quickly, gave us some alternatives to fix it, and had the new pump motor installed before 5 pm. Overall I was satisfied with the results. Due to the somewhat urgency of the situation, I did not get second opinions, so I do not have any reference to compare for pricing, but I was satisfied with the price. He was professional and friendly, My little girls liked him and he was friendly with them too. I only wish he had provided a warrently for the pump and service. Overall I was very satisfied and would use him again.

I had contacted a few plumbers for estimates to install a hot water circulating pump and loop (we were wasting a lot of water waiting for the hot water to get to the kitchen, laundry and 2nd floor bath) and fix the "clanging and shuddering" pipes. The first plumber's estimate was $1800+ and I had to wait several days to get the estimate (nice guy though). Matt came the same day to do the estimate and after looking things over suggested we probably didn't need a pump ($250 saved!) and that a gravity system would work fine and he would do it all for $700. I hired him on the spot and set up a service date for the next week which was today. Mark arrived promptly, installed all the piping, rehung the water lines so they weren't against the joists and fixed all that we had discussed. I now have hot water in all areas almost instantly! I will definately be calling him with any of my plumbing needs and highly recommend him for yours...

We were very impressed with the quality of work, responsiveness, price, and professionalism Matt showed. This was the first job we had Matt do and we will definitely call him again for our next project. Highly recommended!
