"Champion struggled to get our project finished, having to come back and finish the project weeks after the initial install. They quoted quickly, got me scheduled for initial install quickly, and even got the windows in within a day. But when the installer said they'll be back in a day or two to finish the cosmetic stuff... they did not. It was safe in the short term, no damage, no risks, but cosmetically awful. The company was quick to recognize the problem, extremely communicative, and didn't charge anything to make it right. They stood by their promise to make it good for us. They also fixed our torn screen for free; the wind blew a heavy patio umbrella and it slammed into the window, tearing the screen. Side note, not even a smudge on the glass. It is quite handy to have technicians locally that you can just drop in to drop off a broken piece. Overall quite happy but it took a bit to get there."

I have been in the building industry for 30 years starting out as assistant then manager of a lumber co. New home construction, pole barns, garages I have done pretty much anything you can think of, but now days I prefer to do bathrooms and basement finishing. You can dream it I can do it, anything from a simple design to custom tile work. I believe I am one of the few out there that does not take a deposit, on a bathroom remodel you pay when you are happy and satisfied, I believe that my work speaks for its self.
