Description of Work: Removed old patio and walkways in backyard; replaced with beautiful Stamped Concrete. Michael and Joe (owners), we're great to work with. They communicated in a timely manner and with the exception of some rain delays they what what the promised. There crew is experienced, efficient and friendly. **** Rain caused a couple of delays but because they said I would have my patio for the weekend both Mike and Joe came and did the cuts and applied the sealer on JULY 4Th so it was ready for the weekend**** who does that? Romana! Best experience I've ever had with a home improvement project. These guys are for real, honest and care about the outcome of their work and reputation. Thank you Mike, Joe and all the crew for a great job!

Description of Work: Romana poured replaced our concrete driveway and did a wonderful job. They were neat, attentive to detail, and the new driveway looks great!

Description of Work: The team at Romana was awesome do work with. I had them put in a new driveway and patio as well as prep and pour a shed foundation with rat wall. They did a fantastic job, were on-time and no budget surprises. All of them were professional and acted as such (no job-site vulgarities, etc.) and they left the site cleaned and followed-up on all aspects. I would definitely recommend them and will for sure use their services again!

Description of Work: They replaced my driveway. They came out when they said they would and did a good job. The owners were very polite and professional. |Two very minor issues: 1) they didn't really put down the amount of gravel/crushed concrete that was called for in the quote, 2) they took my cones that I used to mark off the driveway while the cement cured, and didn't return my calls on that. |That said, I've had complements on my driveway and it's held up well for the last two years. I would recommend them.

Description of Work: Mike from Romano construction waited almost 2 weeks to return my call for an estimate. Very poor business practice, I don't care how busy you are, there is always time to return a call to a client.

Description of Work: Attempts were made on four different occasions spanning four months to obtain a quotation on driveway repairs. Mike didn't leave a quotation from the first agreed visit to my home. Did not return the phone call for two more attempts. Another attempt to use the internet quotation on the web site also went unanswered.

Description of Work: I purposely waited a year to write my review, just to make sure the work held up over the winter. Romana did a GREAT job on our new stamped concrete patio. Installation was incredibly fast. The crew was a well oiled machine! After one year, no cracking and it still looks brand new.

Description of Work: Our contacts with Romano were professional from the start. We had an interview with Mike Romano, he walked off the areas needing replacement ..driveway and garage floor. He noted areas needing specific attention, garden planting areas, tree roots,etc. We returned inside where Mike gave us an estimate and gave us addresses to see samples of their work and references. We had several other estimates and companies to speak with. Mike negotiated what we felt was a fair price . Romano crew were right on time, prepped the area one day, inspector came the next day, cement was poured the third day.. It looks 500% better than before. My husband made me put my initials in ithe cement in the garage ! Pluses.... Romano was always punctual with phone calls included, they asked for a very reasonable down paymen. The crew were clean, polite Jobs Was completed as contracted Balance owed was mailed as per their direction once job was completed

Description of Work: Romana Construction, for the past seven years, have been my Contractors!!!!!! They have re-modeled all five of my bathrooms, in the basement half bath, they added a shower. A porch off the dining room, was framed in to match the rest of my brick home. Windows added, ceramic tiled floor, painted walls, made the porch an extension for my dining room. I cannot say enough of their workers, very polite, respectful of my home.
