After about 3 weeks the wasps came back, he came back again and re-treated, and said you know in the spring if they come back which they might, call me again and I'll come out again no charge. Fortunately we weren't re infested, he was so great and so easy to work with, came out fast to care of business first, and really great with chemicals, he didn't like over spraying anything, he was really good.

i contacted two other providers first. One never returned my call and Terminex was really rude. Bob called me right back, was very nice, his staff showed up promptly and did just what Bob discussed with me. I'm very happy with them. I highly recommend them.

We had a rental that was infested with roaches, spiders, flies and other bugs. They came out promptly, gave us an estimate of 2 possibly 3 treatments to clear the building. It seemed it only took 2 treatments but we had a third treatment done because we were skittish about it. The two men who came, Steve and one other, were on time, very professional and fast. They explained what they were doing and were why. We knew a family with a 2 year old would be moving in so we were very concerned the bugs be completely cleared out and there be no residue poison. I would highly recommend them.

It went very well. The receptionist was very kind. Rick was sent to my house and used this powder solution to kill the ground bees. He explained what he was doing while he was doing it. Then he told me to back up because the bees are going to come out mad. I was so intrigued with the process. Hundreds of bees came out all disoriented. People might think that it is a lot of money to have done. I think that it is a deal. It takes a very brave person to do this type of work. Thanks again!

Excellent service after 1 week to schedule. No more ants. Ants were casually creeping from the back porch to the kitchen. One spray cycle and no more ants! Technician advised us to watch out for tunnels and wood dust every spring just in case. So far, all areas are clean!!! Such a relief. No more "surprises"

She gave me an estimate, schedule a technician to perform the service in 2 days, and gave me his name so I would know who to expect. Bill was very prompt, personable, knowledgtable, and informative. He has returned twice since initial visit, at no further cost, to powder other spots where I saw bees entering. Only thing I questioned was the cost as I thought it was a little high, but had nothing to compare it with. Since my daughter is allergic to bees, the problem had to be taken care of. Would hire again.

We have had an infestation of carpenter bees for the last five years. This year they seemed to have come very early in the year. I called the company last Friday to set up an appointment to get an estimate. The lady who answered the phone told me right off the bat that it would be between $60 up to $225. I told her I was going to get a couple of other estimates and I would get back to her. After contacting a couple of other companies who either did not return my call or gave me an estimate of between $300 - $400 but they did not have the equipment at the time to do the job at that time, I went with The Bug Man. They arrive at the appointed time. Steve the technician was very informative and confirmed that the cost would be $225. I told him that was agreeable and to go ahead and do it. He completed the work in about an hour. I was very pleased with there response and performance so far. He said we should see them die off in the next week of two and to give them a call back if after that time we continued to have problems with these bees. They said that for 90 days if we continued to have problems they would come back and reapply the spray for a $60 fee.

I haven't had any problems since and set up a care plan for the future. They are responsive and very professional, yet still nice and reasonably priced. Definitely recommend them.

Will definitely contact The Bug Man again for pest removal.

They are very professional, very friendly too. We were all ex-military so we had a great time reminiscing about military life. Everything was explained in detail, and they will come back next week to check the bait stations. I also want them to bait around the house in the spring for voles and mice. We live in the middle of a corn field and had lots of voles around my flower beds last year. This year we will have them go on the offense and set bait stations before the problem gets bad. I also want them to spray for Asian Lady Beatles in the fall to prevent the infestation we get every year. We are very impressed with the professionalism and on time arrival.

The Bug Man was thorough and efficient. He got right to work when he arrived inspecting each room of the home, in the crawl space and my pole barn. My realtor recommended The Bug Man and I will likely hire him to do a pest inspection if needed on a home I hope to buy.

We have used them since 2009. They have done fine. I would recommend them. The price seems expensive, but I think it is better than what we used to pay another company.

Spayed two nests of yellow jackets, they've been very hard to get rid of this year. This is the first time I had to use a exterminator he did a very good job, and they have not returned.

Rick was punctual and worked efficiently. The yellow jackets seem to be gone. It will take some time to see if the boxelder bugs are prevented from coming into the house.

I could see yellow jackets going into my home, by my basement window. I instinctively wanted to reach for the Raid, but I had read that is not a good idea. Yellow jackets can cause some pretty big problems, like your living room wall collapsing from the weight of the nest etc. I had used the Bug Man years ago to get rid of carpenter ants. I called, he was here the next day right on time. Very courteous, very professional, and very effective. For a pest problem, the Bug Man will always be my first call, too bad he can't do anything about my loud neighbors!

The technician arrived within a half hour of the scheduled time, located the yellow jacket nest on the front porch, and dusted it with pesticide. The technician sprayed for wasps and hornets around the house, deck, garage, and shed. He was very knowledgeable and personable.
