So far, so good. Daniel was on time, assessed the situation, and distributed bait stations. He can back a week later to check on things. There were no signs of mice, so we agreed he’ll come back in a couple of weeks for one more check. I found Daniel to be very pleasant, very professional, and easy to work with.

I called at 8:30 am because my husband had been stung while in bed by a Yellow Jacket. I had previously spoken and scheduled an appointment with The Bug Man. After the stinging, he had someone at my home in an hour. Yellow Jacket nests were sprayed and we haven't see any since.

We had an underground nest next to our horse paddock. My daughter was swarmed by the bees and stung more than a dozen times. We got the horses out and away from the area but needed an exterminator right away. It was the end of the day but they rearranged things and got someone out right away! He was wonderful! Bees are gone! Horses and girls are safe! Thank You! Judy Moran

Good. The guy rescheduled due to rainy day saying he would come on monday or tuesday. We didn't get any calls for monday so we waited till tuesday amd gave a call. It's then that he said would come by the same evening 5pm which he did on time. The result was excellent and very effective.

Efficient and explained chemicals used. Did need a second application which was discounted. No more insects spotted after 2 months

When we heard a quiet noise coming from our bedroom wall we were afraid it could be termites. When my husband called The Bug Man, he described the noise and its location. The Bug Man said it sounded like the problem was bees and suggested my husband go outside to see if there was a spot where bees were getting into the wall. Sure enough, when Steve looked up at the top of the house he saw where the bees had found an entranceway. We called back The Bug Man and were able to schedule someone to come out the next day in a two hour time period. The worker ended up calling to say he could be there even earlier that day. An application of powder was sprayed into the area and within a day or two it had taken effect and there were no more sounds in the wall!

One treatment handled the ants. We will need a second treatment for the hornets but that is no surprise this time of year.

It went well. I scheduled an appointment and Don was there early. He is very professional. Explained everything to me, showed me where he thought the mice were coming in, answered my questions about the bait and any risk to my dog (none, whew!). He came back a week later, showed me where the mice had eaten the bait, and then explained how I could seal up the hole where the mice likely were entering the house. The price is very reasonable. I would hire them again.

The rep from the Bug Man was very thorough, taking his time to carefully examine the home and explained many aspects of the issue that I had not been aware of. I will use them again.

Our home inspector contracted the pest inspection portion to The Bug Man, and we were very happy with his professional and thorough service. He found pests and recommended the appropriate fix. Will definitely use again, and would recommend to anyone.

Jared was awesome! He was very responsive and got right to work. Very nice and didn't make me feel stupid because I didn't know what kind of bee it was! He did a very thorough job. Very communicative on what he was doing and their company's policy.

He showed up promptly and was very courteous. He sprayed and also provided useful suggestions on how to better keep the ants from coming in. They offer a 90 re-treatment for $50 if you still see critters. The spray application seems to have solved the problem. Cost effective and good service. Would use again.

Well! Weather didn't cooperate with first appointment, but another was made for the following week. Sprayed inside and out, and safe for our dogs, Ants are not around, so I'm happy!

They're excellent. I haven't had any problems since I started having them spray my house three times a year. Haven't had a single problem since. They're very friendly and responsive and I would give them 5 stars. They are very punctual, very communicative, do a great job and very friendly and I haven't had a problem since. I'd give them straight As. They only charge about $90 a visit 3 times a year, and they even go the extra way if I have extra requests during the visit. They don't charge extra for it like laying traps for field mice or things like that, they just do it. They go out of the way to take care of their customers. So I'm pretty happy with it. I pretty much have them on contract.

I think they did fine. They were professional, reasonable and did a good job.

The problem was corrected on that visit. I was very happy with the job. I thought the price was not out of line for the job.

The Bug Man showed up and sprayed the **** out of them and they were all dead. It was great.

I called and set an appointment for 2 days away. The vendor showed up on time, told me what needed to be done, did the work and left. He sprayed the entire house inside and out and the price was 1/2 of what I was quoted from one of the "big name" pest companies. I will definitely use this company again.

After about 3 weeks the wasps came back, he came back again and re-treated, and said you know in the spring if they come back which they might, call me again and I'll come out again no charge. Fortunately we weren't re infested, he was so great and so easy to work with, came out fast to care of business first, and really great with chemicals, he didn't like over spraying anything, he was really good.
