Description of Work: We bought a house and the previous owners left the gift of a bad flea infestation. They used The Bug Man, so we called them to come and spray again before we moved in. The guy who came was late, but apologetic about running late. He sprayed all over. Fleas have not been seen since. The only thing I wasn't thrilled with was that even though this was a continuation of the services provided to the previous owners, we were still charged the initial spray rate instead of the follow-up spray rate (it had only been two weeks, the min allowed, between the last owner getting the house sprayed and us doing it). But everything else was great and the fleas are gone.

Description of Work: The office staff (Sherry) was great. She was friendly, professional, patiently answered my questions, and quickly scheduled my appointment after giving the quote. Bill, the tech arrived on time, explained a little about the yellow jackets, how he was going to kill them, and what I could expect timeframe-wise to resolve my problem. He did a great job and I haven't seen any more bees.

Description of Work: We had ants and a few wasp nests. The only bad thing was that our freshly cleaned windows ended up with the wasp spray that ran all the way down.

Description of Work: We found sawdust beneath an overhang and were worried about carpenter ants or termite damage. They came out, took a look and realized that we had carpenter bees, a much less critical situation and easily treated. They dusted, told us how to prevent a recurrence and off they went. No more problems, we're very happy with they service.

Description of Work: We have a huge bees nest on the roof of the house. After discussing it with him, he said we did not need his services because it was abandoned and the bees would not come back. He said just knock it down, and done. We appreciated his honesty and that he did charge us to come out to tell us that! We would definitely call him if we have a bee problem!

Description of Work: Have used Bug Man several times and he has always done a very good job. His follow up on potential recurring bug problems is awesome. Have recommended him to several friends and neighbors. Every spring I have him spray my bushes near the house and I have never had a flying insect issue as a result. Call him early because he is very busy all spring and summer.

Description of Work: Eradicated a yellow jacket nest in the siding of our house. The gentleman explained how & why we were finding 12-15 dead "bees" in our basement every day (they died of thirst). It was interesting and best of all, after one application, no more bees! I highly recommend this company & will hire them again should the need arise.

Description of Work: They had been out the week before for a huge yellow jacket infestation. Before he left, the technician told me that if there were still flying wasps over the weekend to call and they would retreat at no charge. Well it was a huge infestation and there were still flying wasps so they came back promptly and retreated at no charge. Now there is no more flying in and out of hive!

Description of Work: The company responded quickly and took care of the carpenter ant problem. They came back to check and applied the correct chemicals that corrected the problem. I would not hesitate to use them again. They asked me to call if there was any evidence of the problem and that they would take care of it without any additional charge. I would recommend this company to anyone with a pest problem

Description of Work: Have used Bob 2 times. First time was to remove a huge bees nest. Did a great job. Today, he inspected invasion by what turns out to be ants. Told me how to solve the problem and wouldn't let me pay him anything.
