Description of Work: They were contracted to haul items that would be donated to charities. I was pleased with their service, but they were almost two hours late getting there (I had a 2-hour time frame), claiming they were double booked that day. Since I had to make a trip to the location specifically for this pick-up, I had to wait much longer than planned. The driver called to say he would be late by 1/2 hour, which turned out to be 1-1/2 hours.
