CHET'S CLEANING INC

I called for an estimate to have my carpet cleaned. I told them I have less than 900 sq. feet and carpet is less than a yr. old. The rep. quoted me a price of between 600 & 700 dollars. Not sure what planet she was coming from. I only paid 1400.00 for my new carpeting. Might as well just buy new carpeting again for 400.00 dollars more......that's insanity.

They have done a tremendous job. Their customer service is excellent and they are very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend them.

They are very expensive. If anything is not perfectly satisfactory in their service, they come back one or two times to you. I am completely pleased with their service. They are top of the line in terms of service. They do not reappear for a couple of months after their cleaning because it stays clean. They were able to get rid of the dark marks on my rugs, and the people who worked for us were very professional and very courteous.

They did a fantastic job. They were punctual, professional, and thorough. I would use their services again and would recommend their services to others.

They were good, but no better than Modernistic and others for a much lesser cost.

It was very good. Very efficient and we were happy. The carpet seemed to stay cleaner longer and I thought the price was worth the quality.

While pricey, they are very professional. The carpets came out spotless, deeply cleaned, and rinsed. It took at least 5 hours to do.

Extremely well. If I wasn't sure about my Angie's list membership this experience really sold me. Chip the serviceman worked hard to really clean the carpets (not just steam the dirt) and get all the stains out. I didn't need to move furniture or anything. He did all the work. Yes it costs more than some of the carpet cleaners but they really did a lot more work and the results are outstanding!

They have cleaned my carpets and are now cleaning my drapes. They do a great job. They do cost more but they are worth every nickel. There was blood on the floor and they were able to get it out. They are very thorough; they do not rush in and out. They make sure they do a good job. I will continue to use them.

Chet's took the job, completed it on schedule to at the quoted price. I am absolutely thrilled with their work. I will use them again. Every customer that I came in contact with could not stop gushing about the past work that the used Chet's for.I am also impressed with the follow-up. I have received several calls from management seeking to confirm that I am satisfied with the work that was completed. This is a wonderful thing to do.

They are highly expensive but they have an unusual method and they were not as picky as moving furnitures. They left us with a complementary bottle of spot remover.

They were well dressed with clean cut. They were polite. They wanted show what their work was. They wanted me to come back and see if it was done right. If something was not right they were ready to do it again. They really wanted to do a walk through with us. They were expensive than other people but they were worth every penny. Their professionalism was above average. They cleaned my 2400 square feet basement very well that I had them come back and do the storing in the house that was above the basement.

They are really good. They were able to get really tough stains out. They showed up on time, were very professional and trustworthy. I was extremely happy with their service. Their price was reasonable, but not cheap.

This was the second time I used them. I was very pleased. They're among the best. Even though they're more expensive, the work is worth the cost.

Very expensive for mediocre job. Pet urine areas that were reported to them were not properly cleaned and created a stain. Had to have them reclean, which they did. Very pushy trying to upsell services and add on.

I first called Chets to find out their hours and they conveniently had Saturday hours which made them very easy to use. I dropped off my drapes for cleaning. Although they lioke to swee them in place to assess them, I had removed them to paint the room. They had them cleaned and ready to pick up early allowing me to rehang them over the weekend and in time for Thanksgiving. The drapes haven't looked this clean since I first purchased them. I had them cleaned in place once but this cleaning by far surpassed that experience.

He spot treated, raked and worked at the cleaning for longer than it would normally take and they did a very very very good job. They also work on Saturdays which was convenient to me. He advised upfront that my old carpet might not come as clean as he'd like but he actually did a beautiful job and the cleaning held for longer than I thought it would. They were a little higher in price but it was worth it.

It went just fine. They did a really good job. A few months later there was a pipe break in the kitchen ceiling, soiling the curtain over the kitchen sink and Chet's got the moldy water stain out.

Very few places clean drapes/window treatments; found them on Angies List and had them come out to quote. More expensive than we thought....so did jump immediately. Then talked to a designer at Ethan Allen who HIGHLY recommended Chet's -- and that going cheaper oftentimes gets you shrunken drapes, etc. So we went with them and the really did do a great job. Drapes were filthy...dusty. Returned and hung them - it was a difficult job and Ryan did a great job and was very pleasant.

Chets removed, cleaned and rehung the living room draped draperies. These are pinned to a frame and serve as an above window trim. The technician took the framework and drape as one piece so he would not have to remove the pins. The drapes were pre-pined after clewaning and before delivery. While the price and quality of work were fine, I believe the price was more than justified for the time and labor.
