Excellent work, as all of Chet's staff are very professional and well-trained.

Excellent company. I live in Troy, Michigan and I have been using Chet's for over 15 years while on their "always clean" program (carpets cleaned twice per year). I have never been disappointed with their work. All employees at Chet's are very professional, well-trained, courteous, and very quality conscientious, which no doubt reflects the owner's management style. Just this last month Eric and Mike (the owner's nephew) did a great job in cleaning my carpets, including even repairing a spot where I had carelessly let an ash from a fireplace match fall, searing the carpet. Even though this would certainly not be considered a normal "cleaning" issue, at no added charge, Mike carefully trimmed the burnt fibers so thoroughly that the spot is no longer detectable! Again, Chet's always exceeds my expectations, and I will never use another vendor. Some may think their prices are on the high side, but believe me you always receive quality and value for what you pay. A great company!

Chet's broke two plastic pieces on two sets of my blinds and told me that there was nothing they could do when they returned the cleaned blinds to me. The owner pointed to the waiver that they had me sign, but that was just saying they may not be able to get things fully clean, because there could be sun damage. They broke the plastic because they were careless and said, " well, it was brittle." After I told the owner that this wasn't right and the pieces should be replaced, he said he would try to get replacement pieces. He said he would call me within a week. It has been two weeks and I haven't heard back. Do not do business with this company, they will not be considerate of you, your time or your property. There is more that I am unhappy with in my experience with this company, but I think I have said enough.

The sheers looked like brand new after they were done even though they hadn’t been cleaned in years. Chet’s came and took them off the curtain rods, put up a paper shade for privacy and then rehung them after cleaning, steaming them on the rods so they hung perfectly.

Amazing results!! Seriously my carpet looks brand new. I'm only sorry I didn't use this company sooner. Jeremy and Codey were professional and very pleasant. Will only use Chet's Cleaning from now on!!

Arrived on time...and finished on time....all OK and well done.... and of course, they will be coming back again next full cleaning schedule!!

They are more expensive than other carpet cleaners. They do an excellent job. They charge more but they are definitely worth the extra money.

I use them every year. The price depends on the service. I would tell people to try them.

The two techs were courteous and very professional. The cleaning process was explained in detail. Great care was taken to protect my hallway floor and furniture. Plastic or stryofoam lifts were placed under the furniture. I am very pleased with the results.

Chet's cleaning showed up as promised on time and thoroughly cleaned our coffee stained carpets to the point that they looked like new. They were extremely professional and explained each process that they performed. Results: 2 men working 4 hours made our 12 year old carpet come back to its original condition when it when it was first laid.

The rug came back looking like new (it's probably 50 years old). Rehanging the drapes is always a chore but Steve did a great job. It all looks fantastic! I've used Chet's many times to clean my Luminettes in my kitchen. My cat sits behind them getting hair and fur oils all over them. But Chet's has always been able to clean them well. Highly recommended!

They were excellent, they got all the wicking out that I didnt think would. They got out spots from blue jeans on a beige sofa. They did a beautiful job on my carpets

Everything went well. The two men protected all the wood wainscoting & moulding.. They were very neat & cautious. They moved furniture to another room while cleaning then put everything back.

Craig and Jeremy arrived at 9 a.m. and finished around 4 p.m. They worked all day and the house was great. They moved all furniture as needed and returned everything to its place.

Chet's was recommended to us by the interior designer who decorated our home. First of all, they arrived within designated appointment time. Both gentlemen from Chet's introduced themselves to me and asked for a tour of that day's job. They covered my hardwood floors with painter's tarp and wore shoe coverings. Before starting any work they inspected all furniture, pointed out worn and damaged areas. Because I asked that a protectant be applied to cleaned furniture, they gave me two quotes. The first without protectant, the second with protectant. Therefore, there were no surprises or questions when it came time to pay. I have a yellow coach with a quarter-size dark stain on the seat cushion. After cleaning, they significantly lightened the stain. They worked quickly and I could hear them consulting each other on how to clean some fabrics. My husband, who is very hard to please, raved about how brighter the furniture colors looked when the work was done. After finishing, they reviewed strategies for maintaining the furniture and left a bottle of spot cleaner. They packed up and left quickly. Next we'll call Chet's to pick-up and clean our drapery. I think we paid a lot for our furniture. For that reason, I will only call Chet's for furniture and drapery cleaning.

My 18-month old carpet was due for its first cleaning. I was concerned because I had recently had the entire house painted and was afraid of what might happen to my walls. Chet's came highly recommended by the installer of the carpet and by others on Angie's List. I was not disappointed. As a matter of fact, I was delighted by the service that I received from everyone in the company. The representative on the phone was courteous and helpful. The gentleman who came to give me an estimate was punctual and efficient. Most of all, Andrew, the technician who did the cleaning, was outstanding! The job was performed just as it was explained on the website. Pads were put down to protect my laminate floors, corner protectors were placed where hoses might touch a wall, and great care was taken to make sure everything was cleaned to my satisfaction. I was even given plastic shoe covers to wear for the remainder of the day while the carpet dried. The only downside to my experience would be the price. It is a little more expensive than other cleaning services that I have used, but you get what you pay for. I made mental note of the fact that Andrew had just carefully brought all of his supplies into the house and set up in the time it would have taken other cleaning services to complete the job.

Fantastic! We've used Chet's before and will again. They are a bit expensive, but extremely professional. They are always on time, discuss in advance their services, very competent and fully clean up. They are as good a service provider as we have used.

The two technicians were polite, professional and proficient. They were trained well in customer service and were eager to please.

Additionally, all upholstered furniture was cleaned including sectional sofa and upholstered chairs. Also, an imported oriental carpet was taken to their cleaning facility and brought back like new.

Cleaned a great room and stairs - I was not satisfied with how the carpet looked the next day - looked streaked. I called and they came out quickly and re-did what they thought would help. It did. - Very satisfied with their response and cleaning. It is very expensive - not sure if another company would have the same results, but they came highly recommended and I wanted a reputable company.

I must say, they did an excellent job. There were stains from dog urine in the bedroom that came remarkably clean, I didn't expect the result to be as good as it was. The rest was 14 yr. old Berber and it was definitely brighter when done. Stains were also removed. The chair, which gets constant use, was greatly improved, almost like new. The service is expensive, but the best I have ever employed.
