Leather repairs can be costly, so we advise that inquiries about leather repairs be regarding pieces that are of fair to significant value. We are not a 24 hr emergency service; we are not equipped to do water extraction.

Description of Work: We have used Chet's in the past based on the recommendation of friends. They are pricy but do a phenomenal job. You get what you pay for. They did 3 rooms, stairwell and hallway, plus couch, loveseat and chair. Based on our past experience they will be doing our carpets and furniture again later this month. I highly recommend them.

Description of Work: Mike and Mark cleaned living room and dining room carpets, and steps up to a landing area. They explained their 14 step cleaning process as well as took before and after pictures to illustrate the difference. They left me me suggestions to clean up stains in the future ( especially helpful for pet owners). Even though the price seems high, I feel it is worth it. I will use them again and would recommend them as well! They were very professional and personable.

Description of Work: I did not use Chet's for my carpet cleaning because when I called, they quoted a price of $600.00, when everyone else wanted under $100.00. |I was a repeat customer, but that didn't make a difference. I was happy with their spot removal in the past.

I agree our pricing is higher than most every other cleaner you will contact. I am sure our office staff did their best to educate you on our systems and why we charge what we do. It sounds as though there may have been some miscommunication on the phone and since I did not take your phone call I will assume we gave you a rough idea of cost using our Full Service Platinum 14 Step Cleaning Process. We have several different levels of cleaning with different pricing structures based on soil level and maintenance requirements. Most manufacturer's warranty information for carpeting states that professional steam cleaning should be done every 12-18 months, and if that hasn't occurred, sometimes the cleaning needs to be more restorative in nature, than maintenance. We encourage clients to visit our website to become educated about what other professional firms offer in regards to their steps and their quality; too often price is the only deciding factor in choosing a service, which can be a mistake. Professionalism, results, and reputation should also be considered; we often use an analogy when speaking to clients such as, would you "shop" for a physician, attorney, or other professional services based on their rates, or by their success rates, qualifications, and reputation? We ask that potential customers ask questions regarding the steps that other firms take such as: Do they pre-test the materials they are cleaning for color fastness/shrinkage concerns? Do they rake and vacuum the carpet (dry soil extraction) before introducing water or detergent, a step that the IICRC (the governing body to our industry) recommends as a standard of professional carpet cleaning. We really do try to offer services that are a value for our clients. If you visit our website and angieslist you will see many reviews that read very similar to "expensive, but worth it". We are here to take better care of you than any service company you have ever had in your home. I hope you will give us the opportunity to prove it. I would like to come out and do a complimentary inspection, so we can give you an accurate price after seeing the condition of your carpet, as there are many variables, kids, animals, areas etc and finding out your needs. There is no cost and no pressure if you choose not to use us. Thank you!
