They were able to get someone out the very next morning for me, and fixed everything. They went above and beyond. He even came back to fix an additional issue at no charge! They have excellent service and good price, and I would highly recommend it.

Service was great! I had to leave a message when I called originally to schedule an appointment but I was called back within 5 minutes of leaving my voicemail. They worked around my schedule and even gave me a half hour call before coming to allow me to not have to take the day off work waiting around. He arrived exactly when he said he would and had the door fixed within 20 minutes. He even spent time showing me how to make sure I lube my garage door on my own in the future to prevent the issue from happening again. He was extremely helpful and very professional! I will definitely use this company for future issues I may have!

My garage door wouldn't go up all the way, and noticed the top bracket on the door was pulling away from the header, and called Sterling Door. I explained the issue, and made an appointment for the next day. The technician they sent out was on time, and explained exactly what he was going to do. Total time was about 45 minutes. He then showed exactly what he did, and then went over each component that I should oil, and the time which I should do it. Very pleased with the experience.

Sterling Door is excellent. I went to leave for work about 7:15 am on a Monday. The garage door opener would not open the door, and I could not do so manually. The company I work for recommended Sterling Door. I called them about 8ish, they had a service person here by 11AM SAME DAY SERVICE. They fixed the springs in the door (by installing new ones) at a cost I thought reasonable. They were prompt, efficient and most courteous. I would highly recommend them in the future!!

We have an insulated garage door that was not traveling correctly and water that sits in the corner by the door. He replaced the rubber molding on the bottom and then replaced one broken spring but we replaced the other too because we wanted both new ones in pairs as suggested. Also checked the travel on the door and adjusted accordingly and lubed all the tracks and working parts and explained to me how to maintain it all.

Bill was on time and did a great job. Explained what I needed to do to keep my garage in good working order.

Service person showed up, did the work well, and explained that I should lubricate the spring every month to extend it's live (prevent rust, etc.) Even told me I could buy lubricant at Lowe's or Home Depot. Nice man, good work.

Everything went great from buying the deal, scheduling and the actual repair. Its like we have a new opener! Will definitly use again if needed.

Very responsive. Sales rep came and gave me information and a quote in a timely manner and was very nice. Of course I did not choose a door that was stock or standard...so had to wait about 3 weeks for a special order, but I am so happy with my choice! Walked me through all the options and I got exactly what I wanted. The installers came out last Monday and took the old stuff out and installed the new, including new aluminum trim around the door, as the old was in bad shape. The only thing still outstanding is one of the plastic pieces on the opener that goes covers the light bulb was damaged during installation. Zack said he will order a new one and come install it when it's received.

First thing Monday morning I noticed our garage door would not open. I called Sterling Door around 8:30 a.m. and had a repair man at my door within 15 minutes - wow! He came in, explained what was broken and swiftly went to work. He noticed that our rollers were in bad shape and gave us a price to replace those so I had him go ahead and do that as well. Garage door works great and now rolls up and down quietly. I was able to use a coupon for 10% off parts from their website which is another plus. Very happy with Sterling door and will definitely call them again if we need garage door repairs.

Sterling Door has always fixed the issue on their first visit. They had the parts and expertise to get our old (1973) door opening again. I think I have called them 4 or 5 times in twenty years for service. The springs break periodically. One time they saved our craftsman garage door opener by replacing a broken sprocket. I had assumed the opener would need to be replaced, but was happy with the cheaper repair. The opener is still going and the repair is probably over 10 years ago.

Called Fri evening and scheduled Sat appointment and he came out as scheduled and did a great job at a really fair price for Sat. Very professional, friendly and quick. Not a AngiesList member last year in March 2014 I had checked around and he was available at that time for emergency garage door cable repair on Saturday and that is why I called him again this time.

The initial sale went well. I was unsure about the color and the sales representative came by a few times to show me samples. I purchased a top of the line insulated clopay door and a lift master 8550 opener. The installer was two hours late, but completed the work and cleaned up well.

The torsion spring on my garage door snapped Sunday night on the eve of the coldest day of the year. We called Sterling Door that evening per Angie's list suggestion. They called back early Monday morning and were out to replace the spring by 1pm the same day. The door is back in action. Sterling Door was promt, professional, and well priced. I highly recommend them.

Multiple parts broke on my garage - the main spring, several brackets, and another piece (bolt) that should rotate but was frozen in place. I called Sterling on a Monday afternoon, they were out Tuesday morning and fixed it on the spot. Bryan and Shane were very professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to discuss things with me. As a homeowner, sometimes it is very hard to find honest people that do good work. I felt totally comfortable with them and feel confident about their work. Definitely would hire again.

at 10 pm on Sunday night one of the tension springs to my garage door snapped leaving me with an nonworking garage door , I called Sterling Door first thing 8 am Monday morning and to my surprise the gentlemen I spoke to on the phone said he could be out to my house between 11 and 11:30 am after finishing up two jobs that where already scheduled, he showed up on time was very friendly and quickly took a look at what needed to be done. after giving me a quote. I agreed to the price and he grabbed his tools and went straight to work. with in 20 minutes I again had a working garage door, the service man replaced both tension springs, made an adjustment to the door, also lubed up the garage door opener and gave me some great tips/product recommendations for regular maintenance to keep my garage door working like new in the future.. great service and very helpful!

When Brian came out for an initial estimate we had no plans yet to pick a provider for the service needed. However, he was very friendly, courteous and explained in detail what needed to be done. He also took the time to explain the specifics of the garage door that we decided on. My wife and I felt very comfortable with him and we decided to use Sterling Door to install our new door. We scheduled an appointment for two days later since he had a opening. He arrived a little later than expected but he did give us a call to let us know that we was still working on his previously scheduled installation. We were impressed by the fact that it only took him 2 hours to install the new door and rails and hook up the existing garage door opener, as he was working alone. He cleaned up any packing materials that were lying around in the garage and opened and closed the new door to show us that it worked smoothly. Brian was very easy to work with and I would highly recommend him and Sterling Door to anyone. It was a pleasure doing business with him.

He was punctucial and knew what he was doing.

It was an excellent installation, fits with no air leaks around the door and with a belt drive opener, it is very quiet. (The old opener was a chain drive). It took about 3 hours on a very cold day, but the job was completed as quoted and with no problems.

He came the same day I called him. He did a great job, and I was very happy. The fact that he came out right away really impressed me. He was very professional. He could have sold me a stronger lift, but told me I didn't need it. I liked his honesty.
