Description of Work: I engaged this company for an annual inspection of our home's heating and cooling equipment. In the fall, the company will shut down the AC and inspect and start up the furnace after a thorough cleaning and replacement of any filters that might be needed. In the spring, the company will shut down the heating and start up the AC, again after a thorough inspection and cleaning of all interior and exterior equipment.
