Got the job done. Parts mark-up was out of bounds.

I have never been so disappointed in a place. I’ve asked them to come out to my house to look at my AC unit. I explained to this company what the problem was with my AC unit before their arrival as I’ve had another company tell me what the issue was. A technician from Randazoo came to my house and explained the same problem that we already knew. He charged me a service fee as he didn’t provide a service.. also, I requested a quote for a new one and he didn’t provide me that either. Another “salesmen” has to come out to provide me that. So this technician just wasted my time and money. Plus their website says free estimates which is what I wanted the entire time. Just a scam.

We bought a mini-split system in spring 2023 and they did the install well, but my wife didn't like the looks of the line-hides in the back or the larger unit on our main floor. They were kind enough to come back two weeks later and uninstall the larger unit and the line-hides. Fantastic customer support, pricing, and workmanship. The people we worked with were Dennis, Daniel, Andree, Grant, Ron, David, Tom, Ian, and others, all super-professional.

I bought a Mitsubishi mini-split system from Randazzo in 2016. For the most part it has performed nearly flawlessly, I did have a couple minor issues they addressed promptly in 2020 and then again this year. At this point enough time had elapsed that it could be determined that what had initially appeared to be a wear issue was actually a materials defect from a sub-supplier going back to the original installation which was well out of warranty by now. Rather than patch a fix doomed to fail in the future Randazzo sent a crew for an entire day and replaced the defective materials and my AC is as good as new at no cost Can't say enough good things about Kendall The Service manager and Earl the technician that made this happen, it's rare to find a company that stands behind their work like this I highly recommend Randazzo

My mother's furnace stopped working during the Christmas cold snap. As she is elderly (mid 80s) and cannot hear the phone well, the first repairmen should have went to the house instead of just calling. I will say the office staff was good at getting another repairman out the next day. However, I do believe the repairman took advantage of an elderly lady in an emergency situation. As the average cost of a draft inducer assembly is $450, (low $199, high $1000) and average installation time is 45 min, which is what it took him (at $95/hr), the cost at max should have been $550.00 or less. As my parents have a midgrade furnace, not economy or top of the line, probably should have been under $500. Randazzo charged $783.00 for this repair. Definitely taking advantage of a senior citizen in a desperate situation. Unfortunately, I do not live close by and could not have helped in this situation. I asked about a senior discount and the repairman said it was only 1%. This is ridiculous. I would not recommend Randazzo based on this experience.

I am a retired HVAC person and I can confirm that they did an awesome job. Everything was up to code , they were very professional, and they even sent out three people to do the job. It was done in a day and a half as there was a lot to do. I would highly recommend them and I would definitely hire them again.

It all went great. They were here when they said they would be. Fully explained what the problem was and what was needed to fix it. They fixed it... now we have heat :) It's all good :)

These guys are top notch and this is the second time I have used them. Randazzo had installed the furnace in my previous house. When I bought a new house and learned that the heat exchanger was cracked, I had them do the installation again. They installed a new furnace and AC and did a great job. Things needed to be installed in a closet so things were tight. A couple of items were flagged by the inspector and Randazzo took care of them immediately.

No problem with installation but had fuses blow couple days later due to loose connections. Passed city inspection and got positive feedback about installation and company.

The gentleman who explained the various options available to me was very professional and patient with all my questions. The installation team were gems. Punctual, professional, efficient and they dealt with all of my special requests without batting an eye. Great team and I would use them again-although I hope I never have to. I highly recommend.

Excellent work! Aaron and his team were professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. They explained ever aspect of our new HVAC system, and answered whatever questions we had. We are very pleased with our new equipment. Would definitely recommend Randazzo to whomever needs repair or replacement.

Randazzo was quick to respond to my call and sent a representative to my house within a couple of hours. The rep was punctual and provided me several quotes ranging from $5000 - $9500. I inquired if there were any military discounts and he told me he would apply a discount to the quotes. Later that day I noticed that the discount on all of the quotes was $100 dollars. I wasn’t sure if the discount was a set amount or a percentage so I went to the Randazzo website and spoke with a representative via chat and was told that the military discount was 10 percent. When I mentioned this to the sales rep he said he wouldn’t do 10 percent. Eventually Randazzo called me and said that they made an error, the actual military discount is 2 percent but they would honor the 10 percent because of the mistake and they would be sending me revised quotes. The sales rep still wouldn’t come down on the price and I never heard anything more from Randazzo. I’m sure their service and installation is awesome but I didn’t appreciate the sales process and went with a different contractor for a cheaper price.

The tecnician was professional and knowledgeable. Very pleased and would highly recommend this company to my friends.

Quick, efficient, and professional!

It went well. They did have to come back and fix a sleeve in the existing chimney a day or two afterwards, but they were very responsive in taking care of the issue. Everything is working fine and we would definitely use them again. We would highly recommend them.

Exceeded my expectations. John and Roger from Randazzo were super. They took the time to answer questions and were extremely professional. Their work was super! When they were through, you would have never known they were there. I am very pleased with everyone I had contact with at Randazzo. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

terrible customer service, shady billing

initial appointment and install were both done relatively quickly. The person that measured for the quote included a humidifier with the package. When the actual install took place the installers said that a humidifier did not fit in the available space and they recommended to not install it in the only available space as it would shorten the life span of the furnace. Refund was mailed for the humidifier. Floors were filthy when install was complete. Install was done on a snowy day. Installer did a great job routing the furnace drain tube out of sight. We kept old furnace but brand new filter for old furnace was not left as requested. It seemed to be MIA. Furnace and air conditioner were bought under the promo of buy the furnace and the air conditioner is free.

Thoroughly inspected the furnace, cleaned inside, checked all conections. Checked humidifier. Checked filters. Checked the Air conditioner outside. Explained all the details that could be upgraded and replaced. Did a excellent job.
