Randazzo Heating & Cooling

Called on Thursday afternoon to schedule an estimate, they came out to give me a quote on Friday, and after choosing them from 3 quotes, they were scheduled to come out the following Tuesday. For the same price as 1 other quote I was receiving, I got a 2-stage, 96% AFUE furnace with 14 SEER A/C unit instead of a 80% AFUE furnace/14 SEER A/C. I did get one quote for the 80/14 combo for about $1500 less, but after talking it over with the boss (wife) we chose Randazzo as it was a deal. Installers were on-time, courteous, and answered questions when I asked. They removed a 25+ year-old HVAC. It was replaced with a shiny, new Lennox ELR296V (furnace), 13ACX unit (A/C), icomfort wi-fi thermostat, whole house media filter (Healthy Climate HC11-28), new humidifier, new condensate pump (to bring it up to code), new 4" pipe (also to bring it up to code) for the water heater along with new chimney liner since that still vents through the mechanical chimney (new furnace is direct vent). They even added a new outdoor gfci since they removed the existing meter tap for the old A/C (also code). Furnace is on a new pad (old one was on some sort of built-up concrete pad), PVC pipes for the furnace are venting out the backside of the house, and A/C is on a new pad also. Overall, installation is really clean. After they had everything buttoned up, they cleaned and removed the waste, showed me how to work everything, and I got a nice warm, cozy house just in time for the down turn in temps. I did not test the A/C other than to check that it turned on and off. So, time will tell on that, but with 2 service appts included in the price, I'm sure if there are any issues they will be taken care of at that time. Oh, and they did this all in about 8 hours. Still waiting for call from city inspector to examine the work, but I'm sure there won't be any issues. Thanks, Randazzo!

It's a good company here in Michigan. Thank God I got them through costco. I know that they gave me a good price, otherwise I wouldn't have gone with them. They were here on time.

It went good but should have taken less time in my opinion.

Very professional performance. Work was needed and performed on short notice. Several specialists arrived and started to do the work concurrently. All seemed to be expert in what they were doing and completed the job in one day. Highly recommend this company.

The quote was a little high. It wasn't tremendously high. I decided to go with someone else.

Very well. The guys were on time, very courteous, and completed the work in the timeframe stated. They even replaced some older piping and rerouted some to make working and moving around the new one easier. I was very pleased with that. They cleaned up and removed the old one as well. Also took the time to explain to me the functions of the new one, how to maintain it, and so on.

Showed up on time did work was done professionally and in a reasonable amount of time. My issue I was charged more than promised. I was promised a price by the sales rep to beat out a competitor. I showed the rep the estimate and was told they could beat it. I was charged almost $200 extra and was told it was because I used a credit card. I was very upfront with the sales rep about form of payment. I spoke with a young lady at ext 214 and explained the situation and requested to get a call back from the sales rep. I have yet to receive a call from the rep nor has my account been credited back.

They were just good overall, The workers were professional and I would use them again.

I got a discount through Costco, so I don’t know what the price would be like without it, but the price was good.

It was complimentary since we bought our system from them a year ago.

We stop by and get filters about every three or four months. I know I would use them again. They put in our first air conditioner in our first house about sixteen years ago and we went with them again when it was time to replace everything in this house because it was all about twenty years old or so. They have excellent customer service, they are super helpful and informative.

If I needed them, I would use them again.

5 minute fix. $15 part on Amazon, they charged $270 for it.

They showed up. They made an appointment and they came up on time. They were efficient, they did it and they left. They were fine and I would use them again.

While I normally handle most my own home remodeling, I turned to Randazzo Heating and Cooling to replace my furnace (96% eff), A/C (13 SER) and 50 gallon water heater. My salesman, Rob, did a great job explaining details of my specific installation including showing me pictures from his iPad. His marketing brochures were great at explaining the product options and their respective costs. He promptly followed up all of my email inquiries to finally arrive on my order. Yesterday's installation was fantastic. My lead installer, also named Rob, explained the installation details to make sure that we were aligned before work began. Work was completed by 3-5 Randazzo employees throughout the day (took from 9:30 to 5pm or so to complete). The new product works great, looks awesome, and appears to have been installed properly. The costs includes a year of their premium service where they return once in Fall and then in Spring to adjust the system and change filters. There is a great deal of planning and effort from your office staff, sales persons and especially the installers to make this all of this work. Thank you to all of the Randazzo team for a job well done!

Don't waste your time. I called them for an estimate. The guy came and couldn't wait to leave. He was in such a hurry. All he did was sit there work on his iPad, email it to me, and tell me how awesome his prices were. He literally told me about the financing options as he was putting his shoes on to leave.

They arrived on time but it took them from 9:00 am to 7:30 pm to try to install both air conditioner and furnace on 4-15-17. When they left they still didn't have the AC working. They had to call in the service manager for the next day to get it working. When they left we were talking about how my dog sneaks and pees on the AC unit and one of the the installers said he is sneaky like his color. I have a black lab. I ask him what is that suppose to mean and they high tailed it out of my house. So very inappropriate. Now it is 7-7-17 and our air conditioner is not working at all. AC IS ONLY 4 MONTHS OLD. Called and as of right now no one is schedule to come to my house. I'm waiting for a call by from the service manager. You would think they would hunt someone down and have them out to my house asap. The worst customer service. I will never go with them again. I'm stuck now but will not make the same mistake.

THEY WORK HARD FOR 11 HOURS TO FINISH THE INSTALLATION AND CLEANUP AFTER THEMSELVES AND HAD THE OLD FURNACE AND AIR CONDITIONER & SHEET METAL PICK UP SHORTLY AFTER THEY REMOVED IT. SHEAN & MARK EXPLAINED HOW TO OPERATE THE ICOMFORT WIFI THERMOSTAT AND HOW TO DOWNLOAD THE ICOMFORT PHONE APP TO CONTROL THE THERMOSTAT . RANDAZZO ALSO SENT ME AN EMAIL BEFORE THE INSTALLERS CAME TO MY HOME GIVING THE NAMES OF THE INSTALLERS THEIR PHOTOS AND A SHORT PROFILE ON SEAN & MARK. RANDAZZO ALSO TOOK CARE OF REGISTERING THE EQUIPMENT AND ALSO APPLING FOR THE REBATES FROME DTE & CONSUMERS ENERGY . THEY DID A GREAT JOB FOR ME AND BECAUSE OF IT I WOULD RECOMMEND RADAZZO FOR HEATING & COOLING .

They got the system up and working until a part arrived, which they installed at a later date.

It was excellent. I'd absolutely use them again. The installers were helpful considerate and didn't leave any sort of mess.

We didn’t find them on Angie’s List. I probably would use them again, I would certainly ask for a bid. It took longer than I thought. The estimator & I both had overlooked a major problem, didn’t know where the lines were going to be run. Two guys came out to installed the system. The workers were good. They cleaned up good.
