Description of Work: They put in a new air conditioner and furnace and removed the old. They were on time, worked diligent throughout the day and finished in about 8 hours. I would use them again.

Description of Work: They quoted a 30,000 BTU system. They installed a 24,000 BTU System with no reduction in price. They said what they installed was better but how would one know that? |I requested estimate for Mitsubishi Ductless AC System. Salesman came, took measurements & gave me a price. I requested model #'s of equipment to be installed. Took two weeks but finally received them. Looked up equipment online to get an idea of pricing and scheduled install. When guys came to install, the map of the house that the salesperson had drawn was wrong. It took over an hour to determine if they could even put the units in the house. |Installers were great, responsive, professional, and punctual but the salesman was terrible, didn't know how to draw a map, didn't know what he was selling and kept telling me not to worry-it would be fine.

Description of Work: To provide a quote for new AC and furnace. Sales guy showed up on prepared handed me a pamphlet and asked me which one I wanted. I had to tell him to go look at what I currently had and provide me a quote for something compatible but new |He didn't feel like it but eventually did it |He couldn't tell me anything that wasn't on pamphlet because he did not know.

Description of Work: Needed a new central air conditioner installed. They were extremely professional and answered all the questions we had. Price was competitive and they even regraded the area where the new a/c compressor needed to go. Would definitely use them again!
