Description of Work: It was time to replace a 21-yr old central furnace and wanted to update our a/c at the same time. i contacted two companies for estimates and to gather their professional insights and advice. Randazzo's rep Jerry came out the following day, and was SO thorough i was amazed. He ensured that the size would be the best for the square footage of home. i wanted to update the 7-yr old a/c to avoid "parts not available": technology moves so very fast. i was provided with 3 separate options, and each was explained in detail. More energy-efficient of course, and rebates were available for replacing and replacing them with energy efficient HVAC/ac units. The energy savings on both gas and electricity should pay for the new a/c=HVAC in probably 5 years. A rep followed-up about a week or so after the Jerry's visit to see if i had any questions, and i confirmed the order. i was immediately transferred over to the scheduler - and i was able to choose my installation date. Mike answered any and all questions. The installation crew was professional, friendly, conscientious of their time-management and it was refreshing to see a crew [2 people] work together so well, completely in sync. After the installation, i received a letter from Randazzo to have the city's inspectors put their 'stamp of approval' on the job. Randazzo's rep gave me the available dates, and they contacted the city to arrange for the gas and electrical inspections to occur on the same day - once again, thinking of the customer's time. Randazzo's work passed inspection with top marks and even verbal accolades from the inspectors. i really am GLAD i chose Randazzo's. It was a completely pleasant experience. It's in the high 80-90 degrees lately, and i'm so very glad that the new A/C and HVAC are in place. i've already recommended them to many people that new i was in need of a new gas furnace or a/c. From the people i dealt with in many different departments, it's apparent they really do care very much about their customers and in keeping their customers satisfied - not only in choosing the proper size units for the home, giving 3 written 'options' and explaining the differences so that i could make an informed choice, following up with a call after the first free inspection/estimate meeting, and they took care of contacting/scheduling the inspections with the city i live in. i'm proud to see those inspection stickers on the unit. All parts/old equipment hauled away. They completely cleaned up - i didn't even need to sweep or clean up - they left the areas clean. i look forward to the energy savings and to working with Randazzo on the scheduled maintenance required for change of seasons. Description of Work: I contracted them through Costco to install a new furnace and AC. Sales was no pressure, got quotes for several configurations to compare costs of different efficiency for AC. Very happy with install crew.

Description of Work: Very disappointed in my experience. We were happy with our quote, our salesman explained everything very thoroughly. We were ready to sign the contract, but we wanted a heat pump added and wanted a quote. There was no response to our additional question even after numerous calls. We were never contacted again, so sad. We went with Pollard heating and cooling instead and were very happy. Randazzo lost about $10,000 of business. I would not bother with them.
