Installers arrived on time. Stayed until they finished the job and cleaned up after themselves.

Sales pitch very convincing and priced competetively. The install was somewhat rocky, many of my quetions were not anwered and calls to the sales person during the install were ignored and still l have not been answerd 2+ months later despite 3 attempts with the sales person and his supposed manager. One particular item that was sold to me was not possible, per the installer. Scre**ed. In the end I am very unimpressed. Seems they are interested in getting the sale and then good luck getting them to service or answer an inquiry. I wish I had gone with they competitor because I KNOW they would have responded to my concerns.

The guy came out, and he wasn’t the lowest price, but I liked his attitude. I asked him if he could match this other guy’s price, but he said not quite because they are using a little better equipment. We agreed on the model, the serial number, the high efficiency air conditioner and so forth. The installers came out and told me that they didn’t have the air conditioning unit that I ordered, so the management had upgraded it for me at no additional cost, and they didn’t even call. That is the way to do business. The young guys did a wonderful job. They were very neat and conscientious about their work. I just wish more would do that. They did it all in one day. The price was very competitive. They made one little mistake and I wouldn’t even mention it since it was just a little cosmetic thing but they got the guy right out here.

They were here last month May 3rd. They charged me twenty six hundred dollars. They came one time, did a good job, cleaned up and left. I would use them again in the future.

It was a very satisfactory experience. They worked with us on how much we wanted to spend and the equipment we were looking for. I would recommend them.

Randazzo heating and cooling was engaged (via our local Costco Warehouse). They arrived for the quote exactly on time and were very professional. Once we agreed on the proposal, they did all the work within 3 days. They removed and replaced furnace, central air, Wi-Fi thermostat and hot water heater with higher efficiency units. The actual work was performed in one day, which was less than other competitors quoted. The team they sent was extremely professional, arrived on time, cleaned up after themselves and the entire installation process was fantastic! They explained all features very well and were extremely professional.

They were excellent. The salesperson was excellent. So far they have been very responsive. I have no complaints.

The entire Randazzo experience was top shelf. The salesmen, the office staff, the installers were all professional. We were larceny victims and when the technicians had finished the old was married to the new an we were more efficient and better off. I only regret having waited too long to review. As, I have forgotten some details such as the names of everyone with which we had contact. I know someone was named John. It has been more than a year since our service was completed, we have not had any issues what so ever!

I would recommend the company to my best friend. The rep took time to explain what the best choice was for our house and presented available options. The installers came on time and cleaned up after themselves.The price was in the middle range of the 3 companies that came to give quotes. It was six years ago, and everything is working as it should. I wrote the review because I didn't think they had a high enough score. My brother also used the company and was pleased with his furnace installation.

Referred by Costco (got $200 Costco gift card). Great price, on time, responsive on phone. Incredible service. Highly recommend! A/C works so much better than unit that broke after only 7 years!

The installation went extremely well on the date specified. Also at no additional charge to us Randazzo returned to fine tune the balance of the air flow. They installed the WIFI 3M-50 Filtrete thermostat which I bought at Home Depot. This required replacing the three wire cable to the furnace to a four+ wire without any problems. I find the WIFI app a much easier interface in which to manage and program the thermostat in addition to being able to control the temperature remotely. After a over a year of use the air conditioning unit from Lenox has worked extremely well.

I got estimates from four Heating and Cooling contractors, and Randazzo offered the best price for the same product. Since they were highly rated on Angie's list and I felt the estimater was knowledgeable. I chose to go with Randazzo's. The installers did a good job, finished on time and cleaned up afterward. I was very happy with the company.

It was a big job and they sent a pretty big crew the first day, much smaller second day so it did run over to 3 days instead of two days they promised. The workers seemed very good however we had two problems: 1. They did not bleed the water lines properly resulting in breaking the blow out valve on another second story water heater resulting in the flooding coming through to the first floor and ruining the ceiling. They did offer to have someone re-drywall the ceiling. 2. In the Spring when I tried the AC unit they had rewired and moved it would not work. I called them that I had an outage and needed it repaired and they wouldn't come out for a full week so I had to call another heating and cooling company to come out. They came right out and found the AC condenser was mis-wired causing the low voltage control fuse to open. They corrected the wiring and replaced the fuse and charged me $130. So the bottom line is they did a great job installing the units, but they don't service what they install and force you to get someone else to fix their errors and you have to pay for it.

Estimates were supplied in a timely manner. Crew visited house before estimates were made. Problems and solutions were reviewed. Estimate was supplied in a timely manner. They also supplied me with a second estimate for a different system being supplied by another contractor. In the end, their price was significantly higher the the contractor selected for the job.

They were on time, polite, clean and respectful. They explained everything very thoroughly.

The sales and customer service was great. Prompt, excellent service from the installation team. Knowledgeable technicians. The equipment (Lennox) has performed very well up to this point (my heating costs were down over the winter). I have no problem giving them the highest recommendation.

Mike Randazzo was a poor individual to deal with and the technicians did not listen.

The salesman Rob called to set an appointment and came out to give us an estimate. I called 5 other H/Vac companies in the area to get prices for the same type of system was looking for. I wanted the most efficient complete system for my home being this is going to be the last home my wife and i will own. We were looking at a Lennox 98% furnace and a 16 SEER A/C unit. The old system in my home had been installed back about 15 yrs ago and was held together with band-aids. The previous owner had the DTE service plan on it i had over 20 receipts from just last year where service was performed to keep it going. The wife and i started off hoping it would make it another winter but just after the first of the year it started making loud banging noise each time it attempted to fire up. If it did light it would make a all kinds of noise and cycle off and on many times just to keep the temp warm. On the day of installation John called to advise they were on there way it was a snowy and sloppy day outside. They arrived on time and look over the job site and asked me questions.I had them move my A/C unit ti the back of the house from the side they said that was no problem. The job went well they ripped the old unit out and replaced it in no time. All the wiring was completed with out any issues. The outside unit was removed and by Charles and the new unit was put out back. All systems were tested and a new thermostat was installed. The only thing was was really surprised about is all the money for a new system and the a/c unit does not come with a winter cover. After the installation the guys cleaned up there mess and were on there hands and knees wiping up the floor by hand. i think they did a Really Great job Thanks.

After getting multiple quotes (Pritchard Wilson, Sears etc), I called Costco. Randazzo is their preferred partner in metro dtw. The experience started with getting quotes and options. Where other companies pushed to get a sale (indicating discounts are available only if I sign immediately), the Randazzo experience was much better. There was no sales push, no rush everything was clearly explained, put on paper. Follow-thru was good and when I scheduled the install, the team showed up on time. They found that the new furnance that they picked up from Lennox warehouse when unboxed had a dent. They notified me immediately and indicated that another Randazzo truck was on way to deliver another furnace. The install team used the time required to deliver the other furnace to get everything prepped. Overall the team spent 4-5 hours which was in line with what was quoted - they did not stop for breaks,lunch etc. Finally, after the install was completed, they went over everything to my satisfaction. It was a real good experience...i'm glad I went with Costco and Randazzo. BTW, they also took care of the completing the Costco & Energy co. rebates, inspection with city etc. I would highly recommend them.

The 2 person Randazzo crew arrived a little late (reason for "B" rating on Punctuality) delaying the removal of my furnace causing a minor timing conflict with another supplier's 2 person crew there to clean the ducts. Once they arrived the furnace was quickly removed and the ducts were cleaned while they worked on the A/C. The Randazzo guys were professional, knowledgeable, efficient & pleasant. They kept the work area orderly and clean-up everything. They answered my questions politely and in a way I could understand. When issues arose they explained the problem and a couple of ways to resolve them allowing me to choose how to proceed. I am pleased with the installation & the crew. Also, the sales person was equally professional and quick to respond to all my question before, during & after the job via telephone & email. After the installation the city inspectors passed the electrical but failed the mechanical due to 3 minor problems which had no impact and the functionality of the system. Within a few weeks the Randazzo person came out and fixed them. He too was very professional, polite & efficient. The only issues I had with the job is I thought I would get a digital thermostat comparable to the expensive system I purchased. I spent over $7000 (reason for "B" rating on Price) thinking that I would get at least a $150 thermostat rather I got a cheap $20 version which I would not let them install opting to keep my existing one.

Arrived in the morning and removed the old air conditioner and furnace. Installed new air conditioner, furnace, electronic air cleaner and thermostat. Made sure everything was working properly and showed us how to work everything and recommended maintenance procedures. Also showed us how to control the thermostat from our phone or computer. They were very courteous and cleaned up before they left that afternoon.
