The job could not have gone better. Kevin took careful note of all my requirements and designed a plan which ticked each box. the estimate was EXCELLENT - great value for money. He was able to work around my very tight schedule so i could be home for the installation. His excellent crew introduced themselves upon arrival and set right to work. Rain was predicted for later in the afternoon, so their install was done in an amazingly short time, without sacrificing quality. They were prepared to return another day to finish, if necessary, but tried to prevent my having to take a day off work. Thoughtful, hardworking and quality-focused...this company was outstanding!

Michigan Fence Solutions works with two licensed contractors. Both the provider and contractors were very responsive and professional. The job took two days to complete. There were no problems that I was made aware. The fit and finish of the fencing was very high quality. The job site was completely cleaned of all debris and left in great condition. The caps delivered were incorrect but the provider reordered and delivered and installed the correct ones within a week.

Kevin has amazing customer service and is the nicest person to work with. He came out to our house twice prior to scheduled work, once for an estimate and once again when we decided to continue with the fence installation and we had some more questions. Being late in the year, he was out of the white cedar we had initially wanted and gotten the estimate for, but he was able to negotiate a similar price for the more expensive western red cedar. Ryan and Travis were the guys that installed our fence and they were amazing. I kind of can't believe that only two guys ripped out the old fence and installed the new one in about two and a half days. Our yard has some grading issues, as well as excess cement in the ground from previous fencing so it was not as easy task. Michigan Fence Solutions was a great company to work with and I would recommend them to anyone needing a new fence.

The installers were very professional, very courteous. They cleaned up when they finished every night. They put up fencing around our pool and for the neighbor's dog. I would recommend Michigan Fence Solutions to anyone wanting a fence.

Kevin came out and looked at the fence I wanted replaced and suggested that it would be much more economical to just have it painted! I was very impressed with his candor because it cost him a potential job. His point was that simply replacing it with what I had (chain link for new chain link) wouldn't really do anything for me in terms of functionality, So a coat of paint would give that new look at a low cost. I would definitely recommend his company if you are interested in a company with integrity.

Met with Kevin and he prepared a quote on removing our old fence and installing a new one. We had some special considerations for the placement of the fence and also having the bottom one foot of fence boards removed. Kevin assured us that he could meet our requests and answered all of our questions. The price was good and my wife and I felt confident that the job would be done to our total satisfaction. When the day came for the installation, Travis and Ryan were there and promptly went to work. They were efficient, courteous and kept me informed of the process and made sure that they met the special requests we had made.. They checked with me when the job was completed to be sure that I was pleased with the outcome. They cleaned up the work area well. These men are very professional in their work habits. This is a fine company with which to do business as they are dependable and know their trade.

We wanted to fence our yard for our 2 dogs & neighbors safety. At first it was hard to get a hold a MFS, but we're so happy we hung in there. It took a few weeks of calls back & forth to get Kevin to come look at the job. And honestly, we were skeptical till we met with Kevin. Once we got the quote & agreed on the scope of work, everything went as smooth as silk. His pricing was better than some of the quick quotes we got, by far. We put in an aluminum fence with some chain link running through the trees on the back of our lot. The top is very level & the line nice and straight. Travis & Ryan (the installers) were very professional and answered all our questions & concerns. Good guys to work with. They told us it may take 3 days to install. They got it done in 2. The only issue we had was that our gate was higher on the driveway than we had hoped it would be. Kevin agreed to come back and try to close if off for the dogs, if need be. For now, we'll keep an eye on it to see if it's a issue. My wife is extremely happy with the job, so so am I!

Could not move forward with project due to the township restrictions on our property line.

Kevin brought examples of the different types of fence for us, along with pictures of previous work he had completed. He gave us three different options for fencing with pricing for each. After some consideration we decided to go with the White Cedar. When installation day rolled around, Ryan and Travis arrived to complete the job. They were extremely polite, informative, accurate, and pleasant to talk to. Didn't even leave a mess. The fence posts were so straight, you couldn't even see one behind the other! The fence turned out even better than my husband and I could have imagined. I wish I could put into words how extremely pleased I am with my new fence, but I am one tired momma. I do admire it every day. It was such a pleasure doing business with Kevin and his crew.

I have read your response and I find that very hard to believe that you came out to my house and I wasn't there. I have a dog and if you rang the doorbell or knocked on the door I would have known. I had you scheduled to come out on April 10th (Friday) at 11 am and I am certain I was home. And for not having my phone number, I gave it when I scheduled the appointment. I have been working with a lot of the trades and am surprised by the number of providers that don't show up or even call back. I apologize if you had the wrong address or not having my phone number and sorry for the poor rating but I know for a fact that I was home at the time the appointment was scheduled.

Kevin and his team are simply outstanding. He stands by his product and is always ready to provide superb service. Ive had my fence 4.5 years and am still very happy with it. So much so, that I contracted him to put the same fence in for my church. His team arrived on time, worked through the day and finished early. The were extremely professional. Thanks very much!

I have a large tree at the back fence line which made it quite difficult to dig let alone put in a post for a fence because of the root system. I put off calling because I thought it would be impossible to dig and would cost a fortune. I was facing major surgery and have two dogs and wanted them away from the existing fence line being the neighbor also has dogs. I would not be able to control the animals and keep them from jumping the fence so I made the call. Kevin was absolutely great! I gave him my surgery date, and he said that if the ground was soft enough he would be there. With Michigan weather, I had my doubts but he pulled it off - compete with the permit. The price was much lower than I thought it would have been as well. The men who dug and installed the fence were quite professional, nice and quick - no messing around. It looks fantastic and no worries about the all the dogs fence hopping. This summer it will be nice to sit outside and enjoy the yard. I only wished I had called Kevin last year. I recommend Michigan Fence Solutions for sure. Make sure you read the entire site (Angies List) to you know all the minimums and other important information.

Good but we thought it was too much money

I really liked Kevin the best out of the 4 companies we got estimates from. What really impressed me was he was very honest and fair. Some other guy gave us a price then said you then get 10% off! I said why? He was shocked and did not know what to say. That caused mistrust right away for me. I say do like Kevin give you the true and fair price right up front, no gimmicks. His crew was awesome too, very hard workers who take great pride in their work. They did a great job and the products used were beautiful. I am sure our property value went up with the improvement. Everyone who sees the fencing is wowed and even comment how straight it is. I have recommended this company to anyone I know looking for a new fence. His price was also one of the best, not too high and not too low but just right.

We purchased a new home with a yard that was not fenced in. Owning 2 German Shepherds, having a fenced in yard was a must. We decided to invest in a vinyl fence and got six different estimates. Our goal was to find a contractor that takes pride in his work and doesn't cut corners. Based on the reviews on Angie's list Michigan Fence Solutions LLC was exactly what we were looking for so we decided to hire them. Kevin (the owner) and his crew were very polite, professional and a pleasure to work with. Kevin explained everything in great detail, answered all questions and was very prompt to return all my calls. The guys did an excellent job with the installation, the fence looks beautiful and we couldn't be more happy with the results. If you want a job done right and a contractor that stands behind his work, then Kevin is the guy to call.

We met and he gave us a good price. Scheduled installment date. Had some minor problems with installation but everything worked out well. We have a beautiful fence that are dog can now run around in while trying to catch the cats and squirrels that drive her crazy

A portion of our 20+ year-old fence was blown down during a storm. Called Kevin after reading the great reviews. He was out the next day (at the scheduled time) and showed us the literature.on a vinyl fence and then gave us a quote. Told us it would take about two weeks from the time we placed the order to installation. We discovered our neighbors had used him as well about three years earlier and were very happy with him. We placed the order and sure enough two weeks later we had a new fence. Kevin was the first sales person to ever review the details of the sales agreement with us. He pointed out potential issues that could arise (like previously non-removed buried fence posts) and the additional costs that could be incurred. He was professional and friendly and asked several times if there were additional questions. He was always punctual and returned phone calls in a timely manner. His work crew did a installation and did an amazing job of cleaning up after themselves especially with the muddy conditions they had to deal with. The finished job was perfect. We love the look of our new fence. We strongly recommend using Michigan Fence Solutions.

It was a very positive experience from start to finish. Kevin was very responsive to my particular needs due to a difficult neighbor on the side that was being fenced. He met with me once and then cancelled a meeting to go over the details one more time prior to ordering the material. His crew was on my property for a day and a half. Travis, Ron and Ryan were friendly, polite, accommodating and very hard working. They did a very good job and an excellent clean up. As a female homeowner I am sensitive to any contractor that is condescending or assumes that I am totally clueless. I talked to three other fencing options and was not happy with the quality of the materials, warranty and/or their attitude. Kevin is very through in his explanation of what material he uses and what to expect. He delivered on all of it. I highly recommend this contractor.

The work was done when promised and was high quality. We will use Michigan Fence Solutions again as the need arises and will recommend them to friends. We are very happy with their work.

Kevin was fantastic - he was responsive to my phone call and set up an appointment to come out just a few days later. He was on time, professional, patient, and knowledgeable. We have some fence restrictions that I was not aware of and he guided me in figuring that out. We will definitely use this company as soon as we move forward with our fence decision.

Amazing. Kevin came out to our home to provide a quote and was fantastic. He answered all of our questions, was very professional and personable (you don't see that anymore). His crew came out, removed old wooden fence and shed (this was extra and so worth it) and installed new fence. Love Them!!!

Never contacted me back for a quote

Kevin is fantastic. His installation crew is tremendous. They take pride in their work and it shows. I am nervous about having contractors in and around my house - and everyone associated with this company was delightful. My property is wooded with thick underbrush and the crew came and cleared the property for a minimal charge. They came earlier than anticipated, finished the job right on schedule, and provided exactly what they promised. The fence was installed beautifully, we literally could not be happier. If I could give them an A+, I would.
