Very poorly done bad service and very disrespectful to me

Initially everything went good, until the village I lived in cited me for illegal fence. Had to take the company to small claims court, where the judge did find the company at fault, however they have not paid and show no good faith to pay.

The guy answering the phone did state they don't do repairs but then told me they don't service Birmingham. Birmingham is specifically listed on this company's website as a service area. This is also the third time I've called them in as many weeks to get a quote, in addition to filling out their online form, and it is the first time they've actually responded. Clearly they don't want business as they aren't responsive and lie. Must have done good in the past but they seem to be a shell of the company they once were. Don't risk your home's value to people willing to lie over petty things.

Michigan Fence installed our Mocha Vinyl fence in the fall of 2017. The owner was very responsive, very professional, friendly and not pushy. He came to the house for the measuring and to understand what we were looking for. He followed up with sample pictures and the quote. The crew (two gentlemen) who did the install were very friendly and professional. They asked us for our preferences for presented solutions if they ran into issues. The job was supposed to take 3 days but due to extremely heavy rain one of the days it took 4 days (which was no problem and we completely understood!) We love our fence it is beautiful and the experience went extremely well. They only use high quality materials so their cost might be on the higher side? we don't know cost comparison since we did not get any other quotes. If we ever move and need another fence this company will be our first choice! We are so thankful to have a nice looking sturdy fence! Great experience and product!

The Crew was on time, polite and did a great job. They cleaned up before leaving.

I cannot recommend this company highly enough. Kevin came out and spent time reviewing the project and preparing a detailed quote. He also showed us samples of the materials. His price was extremely reasonable. He took care of all the details, pulling the permit, and calling Miss Dig. His crew (Chad, I believe, was one of them), was very nice and answered all my questions, and finished the installation in less than one day. The fence is beautiful. Even the neighbors have complimented it.

I received a prompt, friendly quote. I was unable to tackle the project this past year, but when I am ready to, I will be calling them again.

Perfect. The crew showed up around 930am and they were gone by 130. Job was done to perfection and the crew was very polite and professional.

I called and left messages on 3 different occasions and received no response. Everybody's busy nowadays but not calling potential customers back and taking the 30 seconds required to say that you're too busy or backed up is just plain rude and lazy; this kind of character flaw will eventually catch up to you. I at least know now who NOT to refer for fencing.

Very happy with the results and timelyness. Would definitely hire again. The only complaint is the installers left piles of dirt and clay on the grass for us to clean up.

Called three times (leafy a message each time) asking for a quote for a new backyard fence - never heard from the guy. Guess I'll take my business elsewhere!

Work was well done and handled efficiently.

Wood privacy fence is excellent and looks amazing. They also replaced chain link segment facing pool and yard. Crew accidentally took lock when they hauled away old chain link gate. In addition, they were to fix existing chain link fence surrounding yard (for agreed upon added cost) and had been discussed in advance of initial job but company failed to follow through even after promises, numerous calls and email communications. As of January 2017 segment has yet to be replaced.

Michigan Fence Solutions did an amazing job on our lattice fence and also on patching into an existing privacy fence. The finished product looks terrific. The work was started and completed on time despite issues that arose with a property line. Everyone involved in the project was professional and helpful from start to finish, and I found it helpful that Kevin obtained permits and explained the timeline clearly. I would definitely hire Michigan Fence Solutions again!

This is an excellent company. I highly recommend them if you are looking for a fence. Kevin was very professional from the start. He gave me a super-detailed quote that covered every aspect of the fence install. He was very easy to contact by email or phone. His crew was fast, clean, and helpful. They were very good at answering any questions I had, and they even managed to work quietly enough as to not disturb my sleeping baby. On two hot July days, the crew installed my fence and was gone by about 5:30 on the second day. They were very tidy when cleaning up. Please use this company.

Kevin was short and a bit crass, said outright that the project I had going wasn't high-dollar enough to come out. I hope he remembers this when business is slow.

The guys were extremely professional, cleaned up after the project and answered any questions we had. Kevin was always easy to contact and kept us up to speed on installment date and scope of work to be done. We would highly recommend them. Our fence is beautiful!

Poor contacting. I waited for 'weeks' for an estimate and never heard back. No response to messages, no response to emails, no call backs. I am not even sure this company is in business anymore. If they are, I would be very hesitant to utilize a company that appears to cherry pick customers and totally ignore others. They'd probably not be responsive to jobs or problems with work based on that.

Kevin and his crew are absolutely top notch and I can't recommend them enough! If you want a great fence done right, call Michigan Fence Solutions! We bought a home in Royal Oak on a corner lot and wanted the back yard fenced in for privacy and security. I received multiple quotes from many reputable fence installers, but when Kevin came out, his knowledge, product and warranty were leaps and bounds ahead of all the others. I was convinced just talking to him. I was expecting his quote to come in significantly higher than the others, but to my delight he came in below the other quotes. I wasted no time in booking him. Kevin took care of all the permitting, contacting Miss Dig, etc ... we had to do nothing. Because we are on a corner lot, our fence permit was denied (part of our back and side yard is considered front yard by the city and has fence height restrictions). Kevin wasted no time and put in an appeal with the zoning board and even went as far as to represent us at the zoning board of appeals meeting. The board approved our appeal and a few days later, Kevin's crew had the fence in place. The fence is absolutely stunning, built extremely well and I get people commenting on how much they like the fence every day. People driving by stop and comment on how beautiful it is, even when we meet neighbors that live a block or two away, they say "oh, you're the house with the awesome fence!"

Outstanding service provider! Kevin Temerowski and his crew of professionals were great to deal with. On time, on budget, with first class work. I was kept up-to-date with schedules and delivery of the fence in a color that is not very common, but I needed to match the house and other colors in my yard. The install crew was hard-working and despite plenty of tree roots and other obstacles to contend with, they installed the fence straight as an arrow and without any troubles. If I every need more fencing, I'll call Kevin and his crew without hesitation.

I would highly recommend Kevin (and crew). He was great to work with through the whole process. He answered all the questions we had, stayed in contact with us through the entire process and followed up after the work was complete to make sure we were satisfied. You can just tell he truly cares about his work and his customers. And the fence is perfect!!
