Description of Work: I used Conquest Tile to tear out our ceramic tile in 2 bathrooms and replace with new tile (shower and floor). They were very professional, easy to work with and answered all of my questions. They also made helpful suggestions. I would recommend this company to others!

Description of Work: they tore out the bathroom, tile floor and what was on the wall, bathtub, vanity. Very efficient.

Description of Work: Jim and his crew were great. Punctual, clean, friendly,reliable,listened to our requests, trustworthy and reasonable. I would recommend them.

Description of Work: In the end, nothing. Purchased Big Deal for a kitchen backsplash, but discovered that the surface needed prep work that was not included. Since that prep work was not in our budget, we asked for and got a prompt refund.

Description of Work: i called the service provider and he answered the phone in a very unprofessional manner and said he was too busy to talk now because he was up north. after telling him that i bought a deal from angies's list and wanted to schedule the work he tried to convince me to buy my own tile even though the deal included tile. he then asked me where i was located and i told him. he said that the deal was only supposed to be in a 10 mile radius of his office and suggested i get a refund.

Description of Work: I purchased the big deal for "New Ceramic Tile Kitchen or Bathroom Floor"...I did not read that it only covered 20 sq. feet. That would be a very tiny bath...not to mention a kitchen...I can't see this deal fitting anyone! I called and arranged to have provider come out....he told me immediately that the deal would only cover half of my bathroom and my bathroom is not big. He gave me a price that was substantially higher than the deal. My contact with the provider was positive. No work was done. I will not retile at this time so I am requesting a refund.

Description of Work: The gentleman came to the house and began working. He completed the backsplash. I notified the company and asked then about the job, on 4/8/13 and he came on 4/12/13. He did all the work in a matter of hours on this date 4/12/13. I would ask him to do other work also. The work covered the backsplash behind the stove and around and under the cabinets.

Description of Work: Stated labor was included but the provider stated it did not include the labor to remove the old tile. Stated an additional 400.00 would be required. Too much money for such a small area. Overall experience was not the greatest. When they answered the phone, it was just hello (no company name) which made me believe that I had dialed incorrectly. When asking if this was the right number I received a yeah. Just didn't seem to be very friendly and felt like I was inconveniencing them.

Description of Work: I contacted Conquest Tile and asked for an estimate for my backsplash and about the samples. I was informed that the sample tiles were only in white and cream color and are 4x4 or 6x6 tiles. I expected they would have a bigger variety for me to choose from and feel that the photo in the ad was a bit misleading since it showed a more modern and attractive backsplash. I told the gentleman that I do have some glass tile that I had picked out previously and I got the impression that he either wasn't interested or comfortable working with glass tile. After discussing this with my husband, we decided to cancel the deal and pursue an estimate to have the glass tile I had previously selected, with another installer who was recommended by a friend.

Description of Work: Complete tear down and install new ceramic tiles in bathroom, install new vanities, toilets, shower, Jacuzzi.
