"Though the gutters were cleaned in December after the leaves had fallen, this spring of 2024 the gutters were over flowing!! I texted David regarding this issue he said they check the downspouts using a leaf blower. This spring I noticed no apparent debris from the downspouts being blown out. David said that my house is surrounded by trees and the downspouts are probably blocked again. This is 4 months later!! What would be blocking the gutters from draining. He said he'd come out but would have to charge me again, again for a service I paid for that wasn't completed properly in December. Would not recommend or use again."

"Keep away from this company. They hire kids to repair decks. They use demolition tools to rip out rotted boards, damaging adjacent boards. Their unskilled crew show-up at the job site with the wrong tools, damage siding while working, and have poor craftsmanship skills. They can't even cut boards to length fit to replace the rotted boards. Don't waste your money call a professional company with A rating. They emphasized that they "facilitated" repairs by their professional crew. Their so-called professional drives a ghetto truck, cannot get on a ladder, and picks and chooses which boards he wanted to replace. I would not even give them a single star."
