Great but doing job ourselves

To my knowledge business did not contact me. 0 for 100% of Angie's List service providers I've requested quotes from. How difficult is it to provide a quote for fall clean-up???? Doesn't reflect well on Angie's List, so I'll look elsewhere.

John Little and his crew were awesome! The project took about 90 minutes. They removed all leaves and debris and hauled such away (since my community last day for yard waste removal had passed). I was very pleased with there work and will seek their services again.

It didn't go well! They came out to view the yard but they never got back with me. I wouldn't bother to use them!

John quoted a week ahead of the work being done. The crew showed up the following week, in the after noon and did a very good job. Yard looks great!

The crew arrived when they said they would, did the job well and were quite willing to re-do things when and how I wanted them done I protested that the power washing of the deck did not take the estimated time that I was billed. The owner agreed and promptly adjusted my bill.

Amazing. Service was complete. They were very punctual and great to work with. Would hire again.

Terrible Experience. My wife called and scheduled an appointment for John and another of his crew to come out and assess our property for an estimate on Friday 10/26, which they did and it was the only part of dealing with Little's Lawn and Landscaping that went as expected. The following Monday (10/29), the day they were supposed to remove our leaves, my wife received a frantic call from John, already 90 minutes late for the work, raving that his crew leader had been pulled over by police, stating that his "medical card" had expired and that the company truck he was driving had been impounded. John asked her if they could postpone the work in our yard until the next day. We understand that stuff sometimes happens and instead of moving on to another contractor, she agreed to have them come the following morning. The crew arrived on Tuesday (10/30) later than agreed, but did an excellent job clearing the leaves from our yard, and collected them into a single, massive pile near our driveway at the front of our lawn. Inexplicably, they did not bring a truck to actually remove the leaves from our property however. Days passed, and the massive pile of leaves remained on the shoulder of the road along the front of our property. No sign of John Little, or his truck to suck up the leaves. In fact, he never even bothered showing up to collect payment. My wife texted John Little after a week on Tuesday 11/6, and to his credit he immediately called back, stating he couldn't pick up the leaves because of the recent rain. He did not explain the complete lack of communication up to that point, or why the leaves hadn't been picked up before the rain. John stated he would call back the following day as the weather was expected to dry up, and to tell my wife when she could expect his crew to be out to collect the leaves and "touch up" our lawn. That phone call never happened and neither John, nor any member of his crew has ever shown up, and we don't expect them to. Unsurprisingly, John Little has still not called to let us know what exactly is going on, or when he will return. We will not be making any more attempts to chase him down and would never hire him again. We would make the same suggestion to anyone else, though we do wish that we had the same positive experience that the few other reviewers here seem to have had and are left wondering why we did not. We had 'high' hopes as John seemed like a nice guy when we met him, and while they were here, his crew did a good job and were courteous. Presently, we still have a massive pile of leaves on the front of our property in glorious view of our neighbors, and are still in need of a decent contractor for leaf removal after the first snow. Little Lawn has been great! Owner John is a pleasure to work with and willing to take care of any extras that pop up. Like the morning I opened the garage to find a HUGE llimb will ng my driveway. His crew was out that day to cut it up and completely clear it from the yard. I would absolutely recommend them
