It Went Great. The Men Moved Everything Into It's Proper Place Without Complaint. These Men Really Knew Their Stuff. We Did Have One Problem. Never Roll A Heavy Steel Cart Carrying A File Cabinet Into A Garage Where The Floor Is Enamel Painted. I Was Surprised That ThE Wonderful Worker Denied He Did That. But I Was Right There! He PickeD Up Gravel Or Something From OuR Gravel Driveway And It Made A Mess All The Way Across The Floor To Where He Unloaded The File Cabinet. If This Problem Hadn't Happened, I Would Have Given Them Straight "A's!"

First off, they were 4 hrs later than scheduled because they had to finishup a move from the day before. Made for a stressful couple of hours with kids sitting here waiting for the move. They did, however, call and say they would be late (and if I was the move from the day before I would expect them to finish). Once they got here we couldn't have asked for better movers!! Talk about efficient! They wrapped the TV as if it were their own and were just as careful with the furniture and appliances. The most surprising thing was this: around 8:00 that evening one of the guys knocked on our door and had a small sandwich bag in his hand...it was those little pegs that hold shelves in bookcase units! I mean, you can buy them at Home Depot for $2/bag but these movers found them rolling around in the back of the truck, found every one of them and drove 22 miles from their home to deliver them back to us. THAT IS TRUE SERVICE!! More than made up for the late arrival in the morning. Can you believe it?? I would never hesitate to hire Superfly Movers in the future. Terrific and proud to give them a recommendation.

First time around, things went well. Second time, they had an issue with moving smaller item things from storage into their truck and to our house. There was some other drama that I don't care to get into (such as lack of professionalism), but at the end of the day, we ironed things out. Would I use them again? No, because I felt the lack of professionalism still left a bad taste in our mouths. Would I recommend them? Yes, but make sure you have owner's information handy in case something goes wrong (such as argument with workers, etc...)

They were prompt, didn't waste time and were very careful with our things. They did a great job. Things were wrapped and handled with care. Only drawback was that the Angie's list coupon did not include truck rental, only labor for the three hours. Despite that, I was happy with my choice and would call on them again to handle moving services.

It went well, overall. They were on time, and were professional. Extremely careful with walls, and furniture. Protected all my belongings well. I was waiting for all my unpacking to be completed before I write this review, and nothing is broken really.. everything major was intact. So, I will definitely use them again. The only issue I had was that they were a bit slow for my liking.. I mean, I did have a bit of a stair a walkway, so that might explain it.. but still, I felt 6 hours was a lot to move a 2BR apartment. Overall, it went well, and considering they were on time, professional, customer service was great, price pretty competitive as compared to other professional movers, i will definitely use them again. thanks.

The move was flawless.They were on time and loaded the truck in a timely and professional manner. The move was completed in the agreed time. My daughter and I were very happy with them.

I was told the movers would arrive "a little after noon". No specific time was given. I was ok with this because the woman I spoke to said it was usually within an hour or two. We started calling to get a projected time of arrival at 2:30 p.m. We were told the earlier move was larger than expected and they were running a "little late". The manager came by an hour or so later to apologize but eventually he had to get people to come in on their day off and get a rental truck in order to finally arrive at 5:00 p.m. From that point on, the move went well and the men were very friendly and in good moods, although they had gotten their day off ruined. Everything was moved and they were gone within 3 1/2 hours. However, this was a very stressful situation....an unpleasant divorce...and having the truck show up four hours late just made it worse. I didn't want apologies, although the young man who came out was as nice as could be, I wanted to get my daughter moved. I didn't CARE why they were late. They should not have been late. I should have been given a set time and they should have come then. If you don't go out to see the size of a move and do an estimate on site this will surely continue to happen.

It went alright. We probably would use them again.

The movers were very creative and careful given the size of the furnishings. In moving the TV, it got wedged on the stairs, and they quickly worked to remove the casters to give it enough room to be moved the rest of the way. They were very good-natured and professional.

They were great they came out off schedule for our convenience the two movers did everything we wanted them to do.

I thought the service was outstanding, they did a great job. They were curteous and pleasent and didn't mind moving things around to see where they looked. The service took 5 hours.

We hired the company to move us from a 2800sqft house to an apartment/storage. Was quoted an arrival time of 12-1 but didn't show up until 4pm. During that time, I received numerous calls saying they were on their way. Movers were surprised at the size of the home when they showed up and questioned what exactly needed to be moved. Loaded one complete truck and moved it to the storage unit/apartment which took from 4-10pm. Local ordinances prohibit moving beyond 9pm so there wasn't anything more they could do after unloading the truck. Upon inspection, 4 items were damaged during the move, twin mattress (ripped, chunks of wood embedded), full size box springs (ripped, corners covered in black and plastic corner guards ripped off), twin bed missing pieces so unable to reassemble bed. During the move, the movers were made aware of some of the damage and they tried to blame us for the damage saying that we told them to place metal bedrails on a wood bookcase. Since they showed up 3-4 hours late, we ran out of time and as a result about 1/3 of the old house still was full of stuff. This forced us to move completely on our own since we hadn't lined anyone else up and we were now beyond the date we were allowed to stay in the house. Notified Justin who is the owner of the company and initially he accepted full responsibility but later backed off blaming us for the damage and for allowing the movers to leave at 10:00pm at night and not letting them reload the truck and continue moving well beyond the ordinance. Disappointing that Justin and Superfly Movers does not follow through on their website guarantee of 100% satisfaction. Moving is stressful enough, please don't go anywhere near this company. Their prices are excellent but like I always say, "If it is too good to be true, it probably is."

It was a good experience. They were fine, professional, and they put up my bed.

I called and they scheduled an appointment, and I knew that they were squeezing me in and he was very clear about the fact that we were being squeezed in. And he was very clear about the fact that someone would call me at noon to give me a time-frame of when they would be there. They never called, and so I started calling them up around 12:30 and finally got hold of them around 02:00. And he said that one of his men had in fact called and spoke to me, which was not the case, and said that the time-frame would be much later than they had anticipated. So at that point we had to cancel it because the pick up was no longer going to work.

Hottest day of the summer so far this year--they were pleasant, professional, funny and never once complained or slowed down.

It was great and no problems. I paid more, because I had gone over the top. They were courteous and punctual. They were efficient. I would use them again.

It went very well. Very polite gentlemen, good sense of humor, and hard workers.

These guys did a great job! They were punctual, professional, and fast. All of my stuff arrived in perfect condition. I would happily hire them again next time I move.

I liked that they didn't care how many locations I wanted to pick-up or drop-off. No fussing over mileage. Just by the hour. The two men were friendly and tried to accomidate any requests I had. They did an adequate job with our goods, even though some were very heavy. Damage during transport was minor, and was not an issue. I would have liked to review their rules and limits of liability before-hand but I did not think of that. I liked that the owner gave me a follow-up call afterwards to check on my move and graciously accepted any feedback I had for him. I am overall satisfied with the service, but with the warning that you get what you pay for. For the price, I am satisfied with the service I received. I would recommend them for low-price, simple moving of goods.

The two men that came were VERY NICE -- and profeshional. However they were an HOUR LATE and that was really scarry for us, as we were at the house waiting. We made 3 calls and then they called us back to say they were indeed on there way. They pulled up in a HUGE U-Haul truck. I told the man on the pone that took my order for this that we would not be having many pieces of furniture moved. We had I think at tops 20 pieces, and many of those were end tables. The biggest item was a tall dresser. The two men that did show up were SHOCKED to see how little they had to move. Just as SHOCKED was I that they drove in with that HUGE of a "U" Haul truck. . I paid for 2 hours worth of work ---- The job ONLY took 1 1/2 hours., and that is including drive time, and having these fine men move things here at my home once we got here. Like I said, THEY WERE VERY PROFESHIONAL AND NICE -- but bottom line is it COST ALLOT OF MONEY AND I paid for 30 min. of work that was not used. They started at 10 (an hour late) and were gone by 11:30. The two men that moved us were very sweet, nice guys. Also I had to run and get CASH as they didnt take checks. I did not know that at the time. Again, on my first phone call to set this up, THIS SHOULD OF BEEN TOLD to us. Part of that hour and 1/2 was having someone running to the bank as me and the 2 movers sat here waiting for her to return to pay them. I bought a coupon on line for movers, 2 men for I think 75.00 (not sure on the price) Once I called to set up the date, it was then that I was asked if I had a truck? I said NO, so then I had to PAY more for the truck -- also I had to pay extra, as it was for only ONE HOUR worth of work for that money. I KNEW I would have to pay OVER the 75.00 --- but --- this entire thing came out to be about $250;00 BIG ONES. ouch! The company & "I" ended up paying for that HUGE TRUCK --- that was NOT NEEDED. They could of called back say the day before to verify the move --- and the fact that I still had just a few pieces of furniture to move. As a woman, I could NOT move these hevey of items, so hence looking for HELP -- we paid the money, as we had no chioce BUT --- you pay a BIG PRICE for some things that was just not needed, and again, I had to pay for 2 hours, when only an hour and 1/2 was used. I would use these guys again --- but I would get EVERYTHING DOWN IN WRITING FIRST --- I think I was over charged by at least $50.00 bucks if not more. Now mind you --- THEY WORKED hard for the time they moved us, and the two men that moved us were not the ones that set up the appt., they were just the 'movers' folllowing orders. They did say they were sorry for being late. Very nice guys, so nice we gave them a tip! But --- all in all ---- JUST ASK MORE QUESTIONS than I did I guess. The move was filled with MISTAKES -- that really didnt need to happen, and yet -- I paid FULL PRICE and a BIG price for a short amount of work.

The movers called on the appointed morning to inform me that they would be late. They arrived at the Storage Facility where the truck was waiting after about a 15 minute delay. They worked steadily without a break and it took just over an hour to load the truck. When to the condo where the procedure was reversed and most of the boxes were carried to the basement as requested. The total time was three hours and the additional hour was $55.00.

They did a great job. They were very timely and courteous. They worked well together. They went about their own business.

They were so good! Showed up on time, polite, professional, worked really hard. I kind of expected them to complain about how heavy a few pieces were, but they never did. In fact when I changed my mind and wanted them to move an item from one room to another, they did it happily. They also took apart some of my old furniture and moved it into the basement or garage. Overall it was about four hours. The entire time they WORKED! No stopping, no getting on the phone, I kind of felt bad for all the stuff we had. They put together both beds for me and got my mattresses on them, thank goodness, there is no way I could have done it myself. And in our bedroom I couldn't make up my mind and they patiently moved furniture from one spot to another while I said, 'hmm....maybe over here?'. I did tip them, so hopefully that counts for something? I would use them again and have recommended them to other people.
