These guys were WONDERFUL! They wrapped things thoroughly and treated the items as if they were their own. They (Mike was the team leader) worked the entire time. They dealt with obstacles without complaint. The office personnel set the move up accurately I will use them again without any hesitation.

I contracted them for 2 movers for $85 an hour. I had everything packed. They came with 3 guys for $110 an hour which was not our contract. They said it would go quicker. He also said that there would be a minimum tip of $50 per mover which I did not appreciate. It ended up costing me a whole lot more than I had thought it would. They did a fine job. They moved everything and were careful.It cost about twice as much as I had originally contracted. I just was not happy with how the contract was changed.
Description of Work: I used them to move everything out of our basement. Everything was packed in small and medium boxes. They just had to move the boxes to a storage unit.

Good people, good work. Very late in arriving- truck rental place not open until one hour after appointment time at our residence- they should have known better than make an early appointment when impossible to get here on time-should have known when their truck rental place would open. But after arrived, the move went very well and I would use them again. I was smart enough to schedule them an hour earlier than I needed in order to get moved to destination by time had to get to destination (I had a very small window of time by when had to get furniture in) so all worked out well, except I had to get up earlier than desired. Would use them again. Very professional in handling furniture when moving.

I moved on Dec 22, 2013. I have baby grand piano. The three guys came on time( I can't remember their name). When they came, they first uninstall the piano. They are totally don't know how to deal with the piano, they spent more than one hour, but still couldn't uninstall the piano, at last, my husband found out the right way, and helped them to uninstall the piano. Due to they take too much time on piano, to reduce the cost, my husband and my son moved a lot of thing!! I paid $105/per, and extra $200.00 for the piano. The total cost was about $600 for 3 hours' moving, however, only piano cost about $400. ( I moved the same piano several years ago, two guys spent less than two hours to finish) We had a home warming party on Jan 25, 2014, one of my friends is a piano teach, she played the piano on that day, and find out the pedal has not been install right. It likes the pedal just hung on under the piano, and didn't real connect to the piano body, so she can't use the pedal to play... I called Superfly Movers today, one lady said, they don't have much more experience to move baby grand piano, and it has been past one month, so they don't take responsibility. Her attitude is so bad !!! If they don't know how to move baby grand piano, why they didn't tell me in advance! To fix the pedal, We have to lift the piano up, it is very, very heavy, we may need to hire another company! I am very disappointed whit Supper Fly Movers, and will never use them again! will never go back to Supper Fly Movers again!

I had purchased a coupon for my job. I only needed a few (heavy) items to be moved from the house to the garage. An appointment was made to accommodate my tight schedule. 1:30 pm on Friday. On that Friday, I received a call from Terry - one of the movers in the morning. Their schedule had changed and they wanted to come much earlier. That I couldn't do, I was in another meeting. We spoke and the time was still good so we were on target. 1:30 comes and goes. I called Terry by 2:15. He was very pleasant, apologized for being late but they were at another job. They would get to me, just later in the day. Terry calls me and says they will be here by 5:45pm. By 6:00 I call again and get a voice mail. I left a message. By 6:30 I am wondering if they will show. By 6:45pm, 2 men show up and Terry tells me his phone died. They did the work as asked, were professional and respectful of my property. While I was signing papers, the other guy was shoveling my porch! That was quite nice

The movers were not concerned with tracking dirt throughout the house as they moved things in and out. I had to request runners be placed on the floor and they ignored them mostly. They mixed up boxes that were going to different locations and instructions were not followed well. The job was supposed to take 3-4 hours and it took double that. Plus at the end of the day it cost me over $1000 in total.

Overall terrific value and great experience. We organized our move on relatively short notice but found Superfly to be totally accommodating. The movers showed up on time broke down all of our furniture (which in hindsight always seemed to be ridiculously heavy or designed to make moving/handling very challenging!) and moved all boxes/full drawers with no issues. They were very courteous/conscientious and mindful of walls/doors etc. throughout the entire process. We had one major issue moving an armoire up the winding staircase in our new home but this team was not deterred and helped us disassemble a railing to get the job done. Considering how hard these movers worked and how quickly/effectively they completed the job, I felt the total (which we're totally in line with the initial quote (which they took as sort of a target)) was an absolute bargain. Highly recommended!

The movers were to be there at 8:00. I was called at 6:45 and he said he would be late. He came to Taylor instead of Berkley. My daughter asked for $100.00 fee for the truck to be waived because of the inconvenience and they did so.

Andre and Melvin arrived on time, called us before hand to notify us of their estimated arrival time. They handled our boxed and furniture with care, listened to our directions and concerns and assured us that the items would be delivered safely, which they did. They placed all items nearly in exactly the locations we asked them to. They were quick, efficient and careful (newly painted walls) and did not take a rest break throughout the six hours move. There were no surprise charges at the end and we paid what had already been discussed. Overall, a very positive experience.

2 GUYS WERE FANTASTIC. VERY STRONG AND HAPPY TO MOVE ANYTHING ANYWHERE. CHEERFUL AND POLITE, THEY WORKED WITHOUT A BREAK FOR ABOUIT 3 HOURS. THE VOUCHER WAS MISLEADING THOUGH. It went very well. The two gentlemen who did the moving were very pleasant to work with. They were very accommodating, in that I asked if they would mind stopping by my girlfriends house to pick up some additional furniture and they were ok with it. Considering I didn't mention needing to stop there until the day of the move, I felt they were very understanding. They worked very diligently and I was able to pitch in, so we managed to get everything moved in a relatively short period of time. There was a couple pieces of furniture that I asked them to place in certain areas that ended up being impossible to get them into. They did everything in the power to get them there, and though they couldn't , their effort was fantastic. I would not hesitate to hire Superfly again in the future.

My THIRD hire with this company as we have a complicated move from two houses into one home. I cannot say enough how grateful we are for their excellence and value. And these guys are STRONG. Melvyn and Andre were professional, polite, motivated and nice to work with overall. Good men. Also, at new home our driveway was too steep and they carried EVERYthing from the street up to our house. Not once complaining to us. I am using them again (!) for final move.
Description of Work: Moved from one house, traveled to storage unit and then took a very full truck to new home.

The two movers were on time, polite and efficient. They secured my belongings in the Pod storage container located in my driveway. They disassembled some furniture, including my dining room table and queen bed. Additionally, they were patient when I was a bit behind when they arrived while I was wrapping up the last of my packing. I was packing the entire contents of an 1800sqft house plus basement on my own and they made the process less stressful. Additionally, I was alone in the house (and I'm a woman) I never felt uncomfortable or disrespected in anyway because they were always gentlemen. I would use the company again.
