Turns out they had the 16 foot door in stock. They didn't have the 8 footer in the style I choose so they came back two weeks later to install that. That did not upset me. The two people who came out to work on it acted like they knew what they were doing and they had it done pretty quickly. Both doors have worked fine.

They got out here very quickly. They were pretty helpful. They told me my range of options. They said that it was pretty old but they could put a gear on to see me through the winter. I thought I would deal with the bigger problem later. I just wanted to get through winter now. I appreciated that. They were on time and didn't leave a mess behind. There were no issues with them.

They arrived promptly for the estimate and gave me a quote. When I was ready (about 2 months after this), the technician arrived on time and replaced the garage door and garage door opener in about 2 hours. The technician explained how to use the new garage door opener and how to disengage the exterior lock in case of power outage. He had me practice it a few times to make sure I could do it. He cleaned up everything and left hauling away my old garage door. Very nicely done! I am very pleased with it. It has worked well with no problems.

They did a really good job of replacing the door and I had no complaints. I think the price was good as well.

They did a great job. They came fast and fixed the job right away. They explained everything and they were very courteous. They gave me a choice of what i could of done. They fixed it in a timely matter. I would definitely hire them again!

The phone receptionist did not correctly record my phone number, so I waited all afternoon and they didn't show up, service man couldn't call to confirm. When he arrived the next day the work was timely and well done.

WHEN WE PURCHASED OUR NEW CAR, WE COULD NOT GET THE NEW CAR GARAGE DOOR OPENER TO WORK AND THEN THE DOOR WAS OPENING ON ITS OWN WITHOUT ANY PROMPTING. WE CALLED SURBURBAN AND A SERVICEMAN NAMED GRET CAME TO OUR HOME. HE DID A GREAT JOB!!!!! HE HAD TO RETURN TO OUR HOME THREE TIMES BECAUSE THERE WAS A PROBLEM WITH THE CAR NOT ACCEPTING THE CODE. HE WOULD TRY A CHANGE AND THEN GIVE US A FOLLOW UP CALL TO SEE IF WE WERE HAVING A PROBLEM. WHEN WE TOLD HIM WE WERE STILL HAVING A PROBLEM, HE CAME BACK TO OUR HOME IMMEDIATELY. HE GOT BOTH OF THE CAR DOOR OPENERS PROGRAMMED TO WORK AND STOPPED THE GARAGE DOOR FROM OPENING ON ITS OWN. GRET WAS PLEASANT AND PROFESSIONAL AND KNEW HIS BUSINESS! WE WERE VERY PLEASED WITH THE SERVICE AND WILL CERTAINLY RECOMMEND SURBURBAN TO ALL OF OUR FRIENDS AND NEIGHBORS.

Everything went very well. Company representative scheduled time for an overview and estimate, arrived promptly on time. It was convenient to schedule the installation, they worked with my schedule. Was surprised to hear from the installer the day of installation, he called to say he would arrive in 5 minutes, approximately 90 minutes ahead of schedule. This was not convenient, had to ask for him to wait 45 minutes before coming. Installation went smoothly and finished in exactly the time they said it would. Everything was cleaned up and final cost was just what was agreed upon.

Ed was scheduled to arrive between 12 and 3 pm. He came at 3. He estimated 2 hours work and was very close to that. He explained how to set the remote keypad and use lubricant grease on opener rail next year. He talked about light bulb wattage and picked up his mess. He took old opener with him. He gave us warranty information and $30 rebate coupon.

Our door was not a standard size (in either height or width), so we needed to special order the door. It took longer than anticipated for the door to come in from their suppliers and in the meantime, our old door stopped working properly. They came out and did some repairs on the old door - at no charge to us - to keep things functional until the new door arrived. Installing the door was challenging because of its size and the way our garage is designed. The service man did a great job, coming up with alternative ways to get things done, when the typical approaches didn't work. (He said he can usually install at least 2 doors in the time it took to do ours). Job was done well and he thoroughly cleaned up when finished. The door looks great and works smoothly. Highly recommend.

I THOUGHT THAT THEY WERE EXPENSIVE. EIGHTY FIVE DOLLARS TO PUT ON A DOOR I ALREADY HAD BOUGHT. THEN THEY TURNED AROUND AND CHARGED ME EXTRA TO INSTALL A HINGE. I THOUGHT THAT WAS UNFAIR. THEY DID THE JOB WELL AND I AM SATISFIED WITH THE WORK.

I THINK THAT THE DOORS ARE BEAUTIFUL. I AM VERY SATISFIED WITH THE WORK THAT THEY DID. THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL SERVICE MEN. THEY ARE A WELL RAN COMPANY THAT HAS BEEN IN THE COMMUNITY FOR YEARS. I DO RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE.

THEY DID A EXCELLENT JOB. THE WORKERS WERE FRIENDLY AND PROFESSIONAL AT ALL TIMES. THEY DID GOOD QUALITY WORK. YOU CAN TRUST THIS COMPANY TO TREAT YOU RIGHT.
