Excellent, just excellent, the Livonia location is very helpful. This is the third or fourth windshield on the 94 Honda. The shops previously used are not as careful as Safelite was.

Arrived on time, was very coutreous and professioal. Windshield had to be replaced because the OnStarFMV was installed incorrectly.

Safelite is awesome. They came right out to my driveway and this is the second time I've used them. The first, for windshield repair, was smooth with no complications - looked perfect and very safe. The second, for a stone chip, was also fast, convenient and affordable. I would give an A on quality but provided a B as they didn't provide notice there would still be a mark where the chip hit the windshield; their process is to fill it in with clear material (I think Resin) to make sure the crack doesn't spread. I was under the impression from commercials that the crack/chip hole would vanish but it's still visible as I drive. Again, no big deal, and other windshield services said this was common, it's just not the impression Safelite advertises. I plan to use them again any time I have a crack or chip and recommend them to people all the time - best experience with car maintenance, EVER.

Our windshield was hit by a stone, which didn't just make a little pit that could be repaired. A foot-long crack appeared immediately. I had heard of Safelite from radio and TV ads. I was convinced by the good reports I found on Angie's List to use them instead of a company I had previously used. I called Safelite's 1-800 phone number to schedule service, and I was given two options--either the work could be done at my home or at the nearest service facility which is about 9 miles from my home. Because of the times available on the day I wanted, I chose to take the car to the service facility. When I got there, the paperwork with my insurance company had all been taken care of. I told them I had an Angie's List $20 coupon, but I had forgotten to bring it. Instead, they gave me $50 off of my deductible! After waiting for all of about 3 minutes, I was greeted by a very nice technician. He took me outside to inspect the car before they started work. Then he took the car into the shop to do the work, and I went back inside to wait. I didn't mind, because I had been informed ahead of time that it would take about 2 hours to replace the windshield and allow the adhesive to set to the point where it would be safe to drive the car. There were restrooms and vending machines in the building, and the receptionist pointed out a refrigerator containing free soft drinks. The work actually took about 2 1/2 hours, after which the technician apologized profusely for the delay. We again inspected the car--everything looked fine. They had even remembered to place my oil change reminder sticker on the new windshield. When I paid, I was given a warranty for the lifetime of the car, and a phone number to call if there were any problems or questions. I would definitely use Safelite again. The only thing I might have done differently would be to opt for the convenience of service at my home. From beginning to end, every person I encountered was courteous, friendly, and professional.

The windshield on our new car was damaged by a large rock. I consulted Angie's list and chose Safelite for the repair. Our car was so new that the insurance information was not completely entered into the database at AAA. Safelite worked with AAA to clear up the payment issues and install the windshield.

Repair was performed quickly and the technician was very friendly.

My windshield got hit by a stone on Sunday creating a spider crack about the size of a quarter. I put a sticker over the crack to prevent further damage and called SafeLite on Monday. Mark was scheduled to be out to my work to fix it on Tuesday between 10-2. Tuesday morning, I got a call from Mark asking if he could come by later which was fine with me. Apparently he had been overbooked. He said he'd be there around 2:30. He called me just after 3pm that he was almost there. The repair took about 45 minutes from him pulling in the drive till I went back into work. I could have gone back in while he worked, but I was interested in the process of repairing the crack. He was very friendly, washed my windows, and swept the floors in my car while waiting on the process to complete. My insurance covered the cost of the repair, since I have Comprehensive, and they waived the deductible. (Apparently this is typical for windshield repairs.) It would have been about $120 if insurance hadn't covered it.

Terrific! Service was very prompt and was completed in about 30 minutes. The employee was very pleasant and a good communicator. He used a large non-slip rubber mat on the hood of the car to protect the paint finish from his equipment. I really appreciate the fact that he pampered my car since it is a 2009 model and in great condition. I had always needed full windshield replacements in the past. This damage was about the size of a dime, so I thought I would give the repair a try. It is guaranteed for life. If the customer wants to upgrade to a full windshield replacement, the company will give a credit for the repair. The repair is not very noticeable after the service. I am pleased with the results and would recommend others try the repair service. My insurance company waived my $100. deductible for this comprehensive claim. The charge was $65. for those who might pay out of pocket. I was surprised and impressed that the service included cleaning the outside window glass. They also did a quick vacuum job on the interior floor. I feel they went above and beyond with their service. Very personable and thorough employee, an asset to the company.

Showed up a little late, but not terrible. Work was done reasonably quickly and well, a little mess left behind, demeanor was very dry. Nothing bad, but just came, did the work, left. Not friendly at all.
