came to my home to do this repair. was punctual and work was excellent.

They did it, and it has vibrated ever since. Livonia did it twice after I complained. Then they sent me to safelite in Rochester. They did it once. It would still vibrate but not as much. They said to come back. Never did. Sold the truck. Rochester was good. The second Livonia technician they sent out, wouldn't even work on it. The 3rd technician worked on it. But only made it worse. Rochester was good. Said bring it back anytime. We will make it right. But I had to leave it in Rochester over night. Livonia was suppose to be mobile. Will never do that again.

Fine. Showed up on time, replace the glass and was gone.

At first it was sufficient. I still had a crack when they finished. They came out to look but never came back to work on it.

It was terrible. They didn’t call me when the glass came in. They had to reschedule 3 times and I had to call them each time. It was worst experience, Their customer service was nill.

I can still see a little mark in the windshield.

They had to come back 3 times 1 week apart to replace the windshield because the previous ones had large distracting warped glass defects. Each of the techs saw and confirmed the glass was defective. Wasn't really a huge problem since they did the work while I was at work - just inconvenient. Each of the techs were professional, friendly and timely. Also one of them broke the clips off the cover for the sensor attached to window and reattached it with double sided tape. It's up there, but in my mind I know it's broken.

Had a stone chip in my windshield stopped in earlier this morning at the store on Glendale seemed uninterested told me 135 dollars if the were able to even do it. I walked out went around the corner to Henderson Glass on Plymouth rd 30 bucks and they seemed glad to do it If I need a full windshield I kmow who I would go to not these guys

It leaked three times and I had to return to try to fix. Finally had to threaten to go to their headquarters. Next time I will look for somebody better.

I believe they did a good job. They work with AAA and the claim was turned in to AAA. I would use them again.

Everything went as planned. Replaced the front windshield on my f150 at my home. Did a outstanding job.

The staff and technician were very cordial and work was done in a reasonable time frame. However, the windshield was poor quality (not original equipment). Within 2 weeks, a small stone chip turned into a stress fracture across the entire windshield. I had to have it replaced again. Went to a different company that installed original equipment.

They did fine. As I recall, they were a bit on the expensive side...but you get what you pay for.

Picked up a stone chip with a 2and quot; crack in the windshield on 2012 Escape. Called Safelight and they set up a replacement at my place of work. On the day of the install, the installer called twice during the course of the day to let me know where he was on his route since he knew the estimated 4:00 p.m. arrival time was going to be very tight with my schedule. He arrived 15 minutes early and that was all the margin needed. He was highly professional, very personable, and appears to have done a great job (no mess, no leaks, no evidence of this being a replacement windshield). Even put my oil change sticker back on.

Our windshield was damaged on the road and they came home to do the job. They were here promptly and did the job well. I paid through insurance and what I liked is that they reduced the deductible. They were efficient. From beginning to end it was less than 24 hours to get it fixed.

Called the day before, got a quote, scheduled for next day service - done!

The technician Donny Lucas did an excellent job, I could not ask for better service. When I called them yesterday they offered my an appointment that day!
