He could not do an adequate job because of over growth. He gave me advice on other items needing help, including a wasps nest in a gas grill. He also gave me some plastic gloves I could use while spraying the plants. He was very helpful. He did not charge me for the visit.

They come out very regularly. I can't complain about their quality of work because they take care of everything. If they are not able to take care of it, I can call and they will come out and do it again with no additional charge.

Service person very polite, professional and seemed knowledgeable. Place many bait stations and a few mouse traps (at my request) in problem areas. Came for a follow up visit exactly one week later. Initially, the service person thought the big problem was in my basement in the rafters but for some reason, he didn't look there or place any traps/bait stations there. I eventually moved some traps there myself and caught two more mice. This company has a 2 month gaurantee which is less than other companies I called. Their price was in the mid range compared to other companies. Overall experience with other staff on the phone also very positive, they answered my multiple questions and were always friendly. I would have given "good" rating for quality but because there were no traps put in the worst area, I'm dissapointed.

They are a nice company but are over priced. Their work seems to be controlling the insects. They ask if having any problems with a particular insect, they will address that problem.

Called this company Monday to get a free estimate and was given an appointment date of 5-14-08 8:00a.m. The young gentleman who arrived did not give us an estimate as we requested. All he stated was we could use traps or poison, that is it. He stated there wasn't much he could do. Since the Chipmunks we have seen were on our porch and seen running in the down spout (drain) the gentleman stated it is too slippery for them to run up in it. He also was not interested in checking out our Attic. We are very disappointed in our service with this company. We found this company on Angie's List and based on this companies rating and the area, we called. Unfortunately, we will not recommend this company. We would like to be helped!

A rep came out, identified the problem areas and scheduled a technician for two days later. Set traps and poison and scheduled a follow up for the following week. Midway through that time we woke to hear some gnawing and called the service to have someone come out. At first the operator was reluctant to send someone prior to the scheduled appointment but eventually scheduled someone for later that day. The same tech we had originally came back that evening and inspected things thoroughly and removed a few dead rodents. They have been out once since then and the problem seems to be under control at the moment. The tech was polite and willing to address all of our questions and concerns.

THEY WERE VERY PROMPT AND PUNCTUAL. THEY TOOK THE NEST DOWN AND DISPOSED OF IT . THEY PERFORMED WELL AND WERE VERY HELPFUL. I WAS IMPRESSED WITH THEIR COMPANY. I NO LONGER HAVE ANY MORE PROBLEMS WITH THE INSECTS.

I HAVE BEEN USING THIS COMPANY FOR A LONG TIME. THEY ARE VERY RESPONSIVE. ALSO THEY USE CHEMICALS AND SPRAYS THAT DON'T SMELL HARSH. THEIR GUARANTEE IS EXCELLENT. IF YOU SEE ANY BUGS BETWEEN TREATMENTS, THEY WILL COME OUT AND TAKE CARE OF IT.
