Rose Pest Solutions cane right out and identified the hole in which a pesky squirrel was entering my attic. Excellent service and very friendly. But more importantly they caught 4 squirrels and I am now squirrel free.

2nd yr. I’ve had Mosquito service & have pool & lots of trees. Love I didn’t see any all summer. My neighbor said now they can sit outside because no mosquitoes & I told them I had spraying done !!!

The appointment was set up promptly. The experienced technician did a thorough review of the situation and explained the proposed procedures and cost. The traps were set up the same day. Waiting for technician to return to take back the traps.

This is our 2nd year applying the mosquito product and couldn't be happier. We are able to enjoy our front porch and backyard without fighting the insects.

Fantastic results! Quick, no mess and incredibly timely. After hours emergency number left me assured that they knew how stressful this situation was for us. Rosie came out the next day, e exactly when she said she would a d completely took care of the situation explaining what she was doing and why. No wasps! Not even a trace.

It went well. The promblem is solved for now. Hope I do not need pest controll service again. However, I will call them again. Great service.

The contractor arrived on schedule, donned a bee suit, and sprayed all of the nests with a powder. One nest was not fully killed off, so they came back at no charge and re-sprayed that one. The young man doing the work was very knowledgeable and pleasant. We will hire them again.

Service person was on time, explained what he was going to do and what i should expect over the next few days, and did the service.

Excellent. We found the hive on Friday afternoon, and called Rose. They came out the following Monday afternoon and removed the hive. Price was great, and Anthony did a super job. He answered my wife’s questions, too! We are very satisfied and would recommend Rose Pest Solutions.

They did good work, and other than some minor droppings, I have not seen much in the way of the mice anymore. The gentleman that came was prompt, and very nice.

The whole county was eaten up by bed beds. The heat treatments were over a $1,000.00. The city manager said not to use the heat unit because it pushes the bugs further in the wall and to use the chemical. I used the chemical treatment and haven't seen any.

The site employees were great. They performed their work as expected. The infestation was not eradicated. Another company had to be contracted. The customer service was impersonal and of poor quality. There were no follow up calls or emails regarding service provided and satisfaction with results.

We realized to our horror that we had carpenter ants doing a number to the back wall of the detached garage that we had only bought the previous year. I had never dealt with these creatures before, and I was deeply alarmed. Visions of collapsing garages, decks, and houses flitted like drone ants through my imagination. I called Rose Pest Solutions for a consulation. Mike Crawford spent almost an hour with me, looking for signs of damage, and advised me that the ants were probably only present in one spot in the garage. He told me that it would be overkill to call in Rose and told me that I could almost certainly do it myself. He told me what types of spray to use on the ants and what to watch for in case they came back. I followed his instructions that weekend, and have not seen any sign of further damage in the two years since. So, even though I didn't pay them money, I do think Mike performed a great service for us. He could have easily made money from not giving me honest advice, but he chose to educate me instead, and I deeply appreciate it. I would definitely call them again if the situation arises.

Excellent, from the phone call identifying the problem, to same day response, to their representative who resolved the issues and answered our questions.

Joe came out and told us what we were up against. The points of ingress needed to be sealed and the current denizens needed to be removed. We called the mason to prevent any new lodgers and Joe took care of evicting the then current residents. He also gave us advice on how to clean up the mess left behind. The damage was bad enough that walls and ceilings needed to be removed and repaired. We realized that there would likely be further need of Joe's services and entered into a yearly contract. When spring arrived the skunk announced its presence by fumigating our house. We called Joe again as we were still under contract. Unfortunately skunks were not included. We happily agreed to have Joe trap the skunk. Joe caught and removed one skunk and a number of raccoons. We all assumed that there were no other skunks and he advised us how best to continue trapping and offered to help if we did indeed catch another. Overall we are very happy with Joe's service he is always on time and conscientious. Joe is personable and honest in his assessment of what can be done and what should be expected. He even has fit us into his schedule on short notice to make it more convenient to us. Hiring Joe has been the best decision we made with respect to our new house.

They are a chain. I started using them two years ago. I spend approximately $500 a year. The job has been very good. They have been very reliable and very responsive. If I see a problem they will come out an extra time. They certainly got rid of all the pests. They are very friendly.

I really liked the gentleman who performed the service. He was really helpful. I didn't like that he tried to sell me other things. I would use them again. I thought the price was excellent. The quality was good.
