I WAS HIRED BY THIS CUSTOMER TO PAINT THE EXTERIOR OF HIS HOUSE. WE SCHEDULED THE JOB TO BE DONE ON A CERTAIN DATE. THE CUSTOMER TOLD ME THAT THE WATER FOR HIS HOUSE WOULD BE TURNED ON SO WE COULD POWERWASH. WHEN IT WAS TIME TO PERFORM THE WORK, THE CUSTOMER STATED THAT IT WOULD BE A FEW MORE DAYS FOR THE WATER TO BE TURNED ON. AFTER ABOUT A WEEK HE INFORMED ME THAT THE WATER WAS ON, SO ME AND MY CREW SET OUT TO POWERWASH, WHEN WE ARRIVED AT THE HOME THERE WAS NO WATER, SO WE LOST A DAYS WORK IN THE PROCESS, ALSO I TOOK NOTICE OF SOME OTHER STRUCTURAL ISSUES ON THE HOUSE THAT WERE COVERED UP BEHIND VINES, UP ON THE SECOND LEVEL OF THE HOUSE, WHICH WE DID NOT SEE ORIGINALLY. ON OLD HOUSES LIKE THIS ONE, YOU RUN INTO THINGS ON THE HOUSE THAT YOU DON'T SEE UNTIL YOU GET INTO THE JOB. I WAS WILLING TO DO ALOT OF THESE THINGS FOR HIM FREE, THAT WERE NOT IN THE ORIGINAL QUOTE. AFTER INFORMING HIM OF CERTAIN ISSUES, HE SEEMED VERY UNREASONABLE TO DEAL WITH AND SOMEWHAT RUDE. I THOUGHT THINGS OVER CONCERNING THE JOB AND HOW THIS CUSTOMER DEALT WITH ME ON ALL ISSUES PERTAINING TO HIS HOME,AND DECIDED IT WAS IN MY BEST INTEREST NOT TO WORK FOR HIM. ALL THE YEARS I HAVE BEEN IN BUSINESS I HAVE NEVER RUN INTO A SITUATION WITH A CUSTOMER LIKE THIS.
