The installation crew did a perfect job and operated as true professional's. They were polite, arrived timely and finished promptly.

The customer service was great. From setting up the estimate appointment, to the scheduling of the installation went very well. Tom our salesman was very pleasant and thorough, he returned all my calls and addressed any concerns I had. The installers were friendly and knowledgeable, explained the working system of the awning and answered all our questions. I would highly recommend Marygrove Awning.

The customer service I received was outstanding! While the original awning was fully functional, there were some design choices (seam placement) that were a distraction to my eyes. Iâ ll be the first to admit that I am particular and have high expectations. Both Rachel(customer service rep) and Dave (VP of sales) listened to my concerns and went out of their way to make sure that I was a satisfied customer. I never felt any negative energy from either of them l, even though it meant more work for the team. My awning was installed yesterday and I am beyond pleased with the final results! Thank you for everything you did! I highly recommend Marygrove Awnings for your home. Youâ ll be happy you chose them. My deck has never looked better and we are enjoying it more now that we have the awning.

Marygrove is expensive and I didnâ t mind the expense. Sometimes you pay for what you get. I expected much better customer service for the price we paid. The size the salesmen measured and ordered did not fit.; it was too big. They had to take it back to cut it down. Did not receive a call from salesmen about the error. I could have gotten better customer service, same quality, for less of a price with a different company. The salesman sold us on how they don't outsource and they do the work themselves. Some of the installers not friendly at all! Disappointed in the customer service . Looks good installed. Hopefully itâ s quality.

Outstanding customer service. Professional and knowledgeable. They actually made a mistake on the size of my awning. They didn't blink an eye to my surprise and replaced it immediately. I was so impressed with the first one they installed on my deck, that i decided to install one on the deck off my bedroom. I now enjoy sitting out there. Prior to the awning, it was very hot, the sun heated the furniture to where it was uncomfortable to sit out there. Lowering the screen as well has kept my bedroom cooler. Very happy. The salesman Ryan was personable and helpful, the installation crew were friendly and efficient. Great company.

The installation service was excellent. There were a couple of small defects in the fabric, they came back a week later and replaced it. Customer service was excellent.

They really take care of their customers, and their products and people are first class all the way. The whole experience went very well. the sales person was very pleasant to talk with and no pressure to buy. Much info given about their product and history in the business. Installers were on time, explained what they were going to do as far as the installation went and spent time going over the operation and maintenance of the awning after installing. Definitely a company to look into if thinking about retractable awnings. Also all sales and installers work for the company, there is no third party installer so you only deal with the company if there are any problems. This was my first time looking into a retractable awning as an option and the price was right. I feel comfortable dealing with the Marygrove sales and installers now only time will tell. Awning was installed within two weeks of purchase, before the hot summer southern sun heats up my deck

The guys that did the job were very professional and explained everything very well. The only suggestion I would make: I received a text the day before saying that I would receive a call by 9:30am and that would give me a 2 hour window as to when they would arrive. They called at 8:15am saying that they would arrive in 15 minutes. I would encourage you to re-word that text to indicate the work can start as early as 8:30 am or something along those lines. Other than that, 5* rating!

I had this awning at my last condo and was given two valances, one straight and one scalloped. Now they only give one, the straight one. That is mY one and only complaint! Otherwise the company and installers were awesome!!

First of all, this company knows how to communicate. They have it down to a fine art and could run a company of just teaching other companies how to do it. From the first few minutes after we met Jason at the Raleigh Home Show we were sold on Marygrove. They had the best demo and he took his time with us and no hard sell. No over the top promises. And believe it or not, it all came about EXACTLY as he promised. He came for the home visit, told us what we needed and covered all of our concerns. We scheduled an installation that day, for two weeks, made a tiny deposit and it all happened just as promised. The installers were AMAZING. Put it up with a smile on their face and were on time and cleaned up completely. No leaving all the cardboard, wrappings, etc. And there were a lot. Workers don't do that very often. There was a very inclusive demonstration on all aspects of the workings of the awning. They are longtime EMPLOYEES of the company and have pride in their work and product. Well done Marygrove. Thanks for coming south. Don't know how we lived with that west facing deck before we got the awning. It is a life changer.
