My only complaint is that the awning comes in fixed sizes, not site determined.

My retractable awning was installed on my balcony last week and am already so happy with the results. The installation team was professional, polite, took care of my property, and the awning looks and works perfectly. I am looking forward to many years sitting in the shade! Thank you.

From day 1 everything was GREAT... Sales person Sean was knowledgeable, polite and answered all my questions without trying to hard sell. Installation people could not have been better, they called and kept me aware of arrival time. Then they did install very quickly, went over all information about awning and asked me more than once if I had any questions. Two very polite young men who left me feeling very happy with the Company.

From the time our sales person came to our house until then install was completed yesterday I could not think of a more caring and professional team. The work was done on time, fast, and explained perfectly. The product looks great and I couldn't be happier than to have made this decision.

We had our awning installed about 1 1/2 years ago. Just had a front screen installed yesterday. The customer service is amazing. The awning is AWESOME! The 2 main reasons we chose Marygrove over others is they are a Michigan company and they use extruded aluminum, not rolled aluminum. Example of their customer service: One day I went to adjust the pitch of the awning and instead I caught the wire for the built-in lights with the hook on the hand crank and damaged it. Marygrove came out and replaced the light, no questions asked. The employees have been nice and professional. Wish we would have gotten the awning sooner. Oh, the built-in lights are cool as well.

The 3 young men who came were excellent. They were very efficient and extremely courteous. The job was done in a professional and quick manner. The installer lead was extremely helpful in setting up the app on our phones. He was very patient. Overall is was a great experience.

Ray and his team are very professional and installed awning in less than hour. Arrived when expected, explained the workings thoroughly, and the awning looks beautiful. Working with Marygrove a pleasant experience from start to finish.

The salesman, Vinny Blasco was such a nice guy. He was genuine and honest about the work that was going to take place. He explained everything to us step by step. I was very impressed by his knowledge of the product. He wasnâ t pushing and didnâ t try to make us buy the awning. We bought the awning because of him.

Great customer service, everyone was nice and everyone was prompt and the installers also did a great job

John Martin salesman was professional and knowledgeable. Installers Kevin and Antonio were prompt. Installed in about an hour and Kevin explained everything we need to know about the awning. So far we are pleased (first day.) and we haven't had chance to use yet. Very windy here in PA. . A lot to remember about the awning usage. But we'll get there. Kevin don't forget to bring our side screen ð . We are looking forward to enjoying our awning. Thank you all. Five stars. Well definitely get the mint membership..extended warranty.

When we met with your Sales Representative, Jimmy [Provider Name Removed], we were so impressed with his professionalism and willingness to answer any and all questions we had. He sat down with us and made us feel he had all the time in the world to give us the best service possible. The installation was very impressive. The installers noticed a tiny pin hole in the awning, and brought it to our attention. They immediately called the office and within the week a new awning was brought and installed. Customer service is exemplary, and we would advise anyone in the market for an awning to call Marygrove.

The gentleman that came out to give us a quote was prompt and knowledgeable. Installation was the same! Prompt, respectful of property, definitely knew what they were doing! Very happy with our purchase!

Honest, on-time good product great service had a small problem adjusting pitch theh came out and problem fixed in 15min.

Afterwards, they provided instructions on operating and made sure we were comfortable before heading out. We'll pleased with this entire experience with Marygrove.

Both salesman and installers extremely knowledgeable of all aspect of this product. The installers gave very specific instructions as to the operation of the awning and asked repeatedly if we had any questions. We were advised to call at anytime if we needed assistance. Well have no problem recommending your product to others.

The guys were top notch! I thought the price was excellent for the quality.
